Great product

Nothing really special I have 2 other trimmers they are all on the same scale so I can't rave about this. Sorry

First, they charged a higher price to my credit card than what they told me. Tracking with spotty, but it did seem to be moving along in the system - until it got to the United States. Tracking said on July 6 it was transferred to a local carrier. Then suddenly they said my package had been delivered on June 30 - interesting because it wasn’t even in the United States yet according to their original tracking. When I wrote that back to them suddenly they told me it had been delivered the 30th and I had already gotten it.——not! Do not order from this company, they are a scam.

No company tracking number to follow the package and it now shows delivered in my city but delivered where ? It was not delivered to my address. I was not told what delivery company was going to deliver it so I can't contact anyone to find out where it is.

If I could, I would rate this company NEGATIVE. I don't know why people buy products in good faith from a company expecting to get what you paid for, only to get scammed. I have all documentation and emails to the scam this company is running. Get the word out prevent just one person from purchasing products from "winterbeside" Now, I will proceed to the next step. I don't dislike like it ~ its just that I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but I know someone whose got one already, so i wanted to get one for myself an possibly use it in my spare time.
Reason is I don't walk long distances anymore due to being diagnosed w/ arthritis in my lower back in 07/08, plus I twisted my left knee back in 09 & the person I know that has one of your devices says it helps them, cause they have similar issues as myself, so please don't take my decision the wrong way its just that I haven't tried it yet, but when I do I know it'll help me in the long run.... TY. Mare

Because I actually got what I ordered and not scammed!

The product we purchased was more expensive than other places that sell the same thing. You are $75 more than Amazon and other places that we have ordered since we placed this order. It took a long time to get this order and I needed it so I ordered from another company. I would like to return them for a refund! Thank you. Sharyl Lindell

The ear buds are terrible. I reset them, I’ve paired and un paired them on two different devices and one side or the other will continuously cut in out. I can turn off one side and it plays fine. When I turn on the other side back on it cuts in and out again. Very irritating!

SD cards missing from Order… the unit won’t switch from Manderin to English…
Only one of the 3 arrived with an SD card…The do work, but the Mandarin unit is constantly playing adds when I’m trying to adjust settings… that is most annoying..
