The Nutcracker was excellent!!!! I had sent it to my nephews kids. My brother called me and said it was truly impressive!
We were out of the country and I had inquired to see if it had been received. The company got back to me in record time on a Saturday! GREAT SERVICE AND PRODUCT! Thank you!

Received this as a gift and literally 75% of everything was expired or super generic! I don't even know what those weird cake sponge things were, but I don't want random Dollar tree style goods as a gift and I'm quite disappointed that there were only five lint balls,two G squares.. The rest was all generic. No name brand and after seeing the expiration on all of the other wrappers being about 4 or 5 months expired I didn't trust them! Do not send out expired products. What the hell? Why would anyone have to tell a company this? I know I'm not the only one. I seen it in the reviews!

I wish I saw these reviews sooner! They spend so much on advertising that it's hard to find a bonafide review site.
In short, they don't deliver timely! I ordered on 12/18 for shipping on 12/20 per their own availability calendar. By 12/26, UPS still had not received the package. I called to cancel and was not even given an apology for missing a Christmas deadline. Never, ever again will they get my business.

I would give them a zero star, horrible company, ordered a gift basket 2 weeks in advance before Christmas and nothing was delivered!! They blame it on UPS. Yet they had 2 weeks to plan. Never again. Next time I will order from Costco, Edible arraignments, there are so many places to order. This was my 1st time and my last!! Go else where, don't spend your money here! So aggravating...

I ordered a gift tower for my in laws which was misdelivered by UPS to a different location. I called my in laws they never received item, picture shows it was delivered to a house not the PO Box it was shipped to. Used the auto chat thing and got no where, UPS needs the recipient to contact them as I am not the shipper. Will not order from this company again. Do not recommend.

Took a few calls to the company to get a few problems ironed out, but basket got to the destination in time for Christmas.

I ordered several things this Christmas. On 12/9 I placed an order for a charcuterie board to be delivered on 12/20. Today is 12/21 and they have still not delivered it. It is supposed to be 2 day shipping. Wine Country Gifts says they can’t do anything, it’s on UPS. Now it won’t be delivered until Monday. It is perishable and I’m afraid it will arrive spoiled.

I placed an order to be delivered on December 20. I did not hear from the recipient so I did the tracking and it said it was delivered on December 21 at 10:27 PM when I was calling at 6 PM Eastern standard time and it was going to Pacific standard time so how could they have delivered it when that time hadn’t even come yet. So I do a live chat and the person tells me that now it won’t be delivered until Monday. I asked why does it show that it was delivered today? She did not have an answer for me and just repeated it would be delivered Monday. I’m not happy with this service. Then Shortly after I posted this, I received a text from The recipient saying that it was delivered this afternoon. It appears that the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing at this company.

I was sent a gift basket of Ghirardelli chocolates from someone that I do business with at Merrill Lynch. When I opened the package the chocolates were melted right in the pre-wrapped packages. I called Wine Country Gift Baskets to tell them what happened. Much to my surprise they refuse to help me because I wasn't the original purchaser. When I pushed a little bit I was then asked for the order number. Conveniently there was no order number sent as it was a gift with no paperwork other than a thank you card that was found under the UPS shipping label. Who would send chocolate to Florida via UPS so it can sit in a hot truck and melt? I personally will never do business with this company. They were cold as ice and uncaring. Buyer beware!

The baskets are nice. However, as long as they are using UPS, I will not order from them again.

Poor quality ingredients. Held together with too much scotch tape and too much packaging . But I blame the giver. (Crummy chocolate, cheese and crackers). If you want to thank a client for their business send something that’s good quality.

Ordered a get well gift basket, one week prior to the delivery date on 12/7 and they promised it would be delivered on 12/14
It's 12/15/24 and the basket gift has not arrived.
Plus their online chat solution center sucks, you get no satisfaction.

I placed an order 12/05 and promised a 12/12 delivery. Website updated to 12/13. Called customer service and they told me to wait several more days. This is unacceptable because receopient is leaving delivery site on the 12/14. Customer service rep was untrained and was lost. I asked her to cancel order and she kind of refused. THAT DOESN'T SOUND LIKE 100% SATISFACTION !

I have ordered numerous gift baskets from Wine Country Gift Baskets over the years and never had a problem. This year I made a mistake and double ordered a basket for a client. Even though it had already shipped, they refunded my extra purchase and canceled the order. Very impressed by their baskets and their customer service!

90 percent of the items in the basket were EXPIRED 4-6 months ago and not safe to eat. . I feel terrible for the person who paid for and sent this basket.

Great customer service. I was sent a nice basket as a gift. UPS damaged the box, which bent the metal container and damaged some of the food. This was NOT Wine Country Gift Baskets fault. I called the 800 number and was promised a replacement. The Replacement arrived quickly and perfectly. Thank You!

I received this as a gift. The most awful food I have ever put in my mouth. The cookies were stale and tasted like sawdust, the breadsticks had absolutely no flavor, the lemon cakes never saw a lemon. Some of the chocolates tasted like either was or plastic, I really can't decide which and the chocolate mints had a really weird taste. Needless to say, most went into the trash after the first bite. The best thing about this gift was the basket.

I ordered the cookie basket for my customers because it looked so good in the catalog. I delivered all the baskets over 25 and had 1 left over to give to my employees. The cookies were terrible. They smelled, were hard, and tasted like a processed product. It did more harm than good. I would not recommend them. Clearly more spent on direct mail than on quality products. Sadly.

A Ghirardelli sweets gift. Great idea - I love sweets. But I discarded the baked goods - nothing but chemicals and preservatives. Except for a little bag of pretzels the candies are all creams and honestly- boring. Not a caramel or an especially flavorful one in the bunch. My gift giver could’ve gone to the local candy store and gotten a better, tastier and surely - cheaper - collection that would have tasted far better. I would never recommend this gift.
