Stuart Urwin was extremely informative and helpful when it came to answering my many questions. He also went above an beyond to sort out additional requests such as removal of furniture and replacement of old and damaged furniture

We dealt with Sara Al-Tahan in the management department. She was very helpful and efficient in dealing with all our enquiries.

Absolutely terrible. It is impossible to speak to anyone. Emails go unanswered. Random unexplained invoices are sent out. The lights are on but no one is at home.

We had a duplicate payment on my premises and Rosie , the executive assistant swiftly solved it. Service is great

Shocking company. Multiple emails and phone calls have gone unanswered multiple times. Each time they call the assure you that action will be taken …and nothing.
They manage to contact you to send the bills though…funny that.
Totally unprofessional company - avoid

Kim has been incredibly organised, professional and patient throughout our tenancy and check out. I am confident that this process was made much easier with her attentiveness and proficiency. I would definitely look to rent with Willmotts in the future!
