Ordered 4 bottles of a corrosion inhibitor twice on Amazon. Both occasions on received 2 bottles. They do not see be able to resolve this.

Went into the Reepham Road Store on Monday for a Polishing Mop the two staff members could not have been more helpful and spent some time tracking down what I needed.

Batley store- low tyre pressure alert on car- staff friendly , female manager sorted my tyres out very quickly with no charge- back on the road in 10 mins- thank you very much

Went in twice recently first to have a number plate replaced as it was stolen,and again to get windscreen wipers the staff in the Great Yarmouth branch are brilliant nothing too much trouble,being a carer I rely on my car a lot and was really impressed,will definitely go there again, really helpful.

Had 2 tires fitted great value and excellent service at Reepham Road branch.

Absolutely disgraceful had a new battery but it has resulted in no electrics working in the car. They replaced the battery again but I have asked several garages all said same the battery was connected to the wrong terminals and has short circuited my electrics? Wilko deny all responsibility.

The plastic on the underside of my car came off in the floods, as we were on our hols we were really stuck, took it to the Norwich branch and they were super helpful at putting it back on. Can’t thank them enough.

Went to Aylsham Road store this morning for a wing mirror cover. Two people behind counter. Asked the first one and was told he had to use another terminal which was in use, fair enough. 15mins later, after terminal was clear and after whining that there was only two employees in store, was finally acknowledged by the manager when he said " you're better off going to Mercedes, because the one's I get are rubbish and don't fit". In future I will be going anywhere but there.

Visited Wilco on Dereham road ,just behind Co-op.Reason.losing.pressure in front pasdager tyre .After spending 30mins trying to get wheel off ,The machanic dedicided to inform that he had broken wheel nut . To cap this off I had to pay 30.00 for new wheel nuts and a further 70.00 to pay to have wheel nuts exchange all at a cost to me .No apologies

Wilko on 2 Reepham Rd, Norwich are great. Excellent service, friendly helpful staff. They are a credit to the company and I will always use them in the future
