Wickes - Wolverhampton Recensioni 

We used Wickes to design and supply our kitchen. Our design consultant was Victoria. She was great, provided a couple of designs to match our requirements. Worked within our budget and the kitchen was delivered within 2 weeks. After checking our delivery, we were missing the tap but that was sent within a couple of days. We fitted our own kitchen so can’t comment on that. The kitchen is exactly as we wanted. Very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you.

I made an appointment for 10am and no one turned up absolute joke of company & you send me an email for a review. Worst costumer experience ever, but your loss not mine

Ordering online what I needed was easy. Updates provided for delivery times. Delivery person Mike - wascheerful, friendly and very helpful, asked where I would like my items (heavy) and offered to place them for me - I was most grateful. Very quick delivery.

I come into Wolves every week And have been for years. I have excellent service each time I'm here. I have a laugh and it feels like family. The girls at the till are so friendly and knowledgeable especially Usha , Vanessa and Manjit. Please pass on my thanks

Yet again another great service from wickes on both my deliveries and always getting my products out on time when needed so far all my gravel soil and mulch are wickes products and great value for money and having a fantastic delivery driver Mick he cannot be anymore helpful if he tryed nothing is too much trouble for him no matter how busy he is he is kind patient and very helpful I will only have my orders if I know he will deliver it 👍 👍

Easy to find products. Service at the till was fast and polite, with a little bit of room for some banter.

I was stuck, my decorator had wasted a tub of paint and my local store had run out meaning the job may have waited a week before supplies could be stocked. I rang Wolverhampton and spoke with Keira, who went to the shelves to pick a tub of paint out for me holding in securely until I arrived. I drove some 20 miles to collect and it was exactly where Keira secured it for me. Staff that go above and beyond deserve recognition, in today’s day and age it goes a long way. Well done Keira.

After a very bad experience with customer service online Manjit at Wolverhampton wickes was very helpful her customer service was second to none received my refund within two days thank you very much.

I recently visited Wolverhampton store and as a DIY novice was assisted with product information by an amazing assistant, Sat. He took time to explain the product, how best to use and most suited product for my need.

Sat also loaded the product in my car. Sat provided great customer service, he was respectful, understanding and demonstrated good product knowledge. Sat has a great attitude and is a great asset to Wickes. Thanks Sat.

Arrived to buy some guttering this morning. Not really sure how I was going to put it together. The store assistant, Sat, was excellent. Talked me through the process and what I needed.
All products excellent value.

Was served by a wonderful man called jack, very polite, helpful and kind.

There were no trolleys in either of the trolley parks. I looked inside the store and found lots of trolleys loaded with stock, but none available for customers. I asked a member of staff if he could find me a trolley and he replied no...I asked how I was supposed to purchase a quantity of timber without a trolley and he replied ' I have no solution for that' and walked off.there are obvious training needs, and equipment supply problems in this store. the worst retail experience of my life I think!??

Very friendly, helpful and polite staff. Victoria Seabury designed and planned our kitchen for my wife and I she was so helpful and friendly to us she new all the products and ranges really well and helped us make the best choices for our kitchen by showing us different variations and layouts. Nothing was to much trouble and her input was invaluable. Wickes Wolverhampton should be very proud of her and the design team.
