Wickes - Widnes Recensioni 

When we met Lyndsey Matthews in October last year she helped us design our dream kitchen Lyndsey used her experience to guide and help us with throughout our journey .

Needed advice in ordering new worktops. Adam walked me through, taking time to select all the components I needed to get the best results. Excellent service!

Ben was really helpful- he came out to take measurements and talk us through the process, and then we went in store to go through some options, and see a drawing of the kitchen. He was very knowledgeable and always took the time to answer our (many) questions!

I visited the Widnes store this evening and was supported in finding a window sill by a very helpful team member called Saul. Credit to the team!

Well what a disaster from start to finish. Items were delivered minus plans and quite a few parts. Driver assured us he had checked it off and everything was there. Once the fitter come it was evident that a number of items were missing. Not a problem you'd think. They can just be sent out. We'll think again. Items were apparently ordered but never turned up after waiting 7 days. On 4 occasions. Items came damaged. Spent a long time chasing customer services. Items eventually all came approx 6 weeks after initial delivery. Fitter had done the days hed quoted us for so needed another date to finish off. Wickes attitude is we shouldn't of instructed a fitter until all Items delivered and accounted for and therefore were lucky to be offered a £200 compensation to cover the £420 cost plus all of the inconvenience and stress. On a plus the units are lovely now in. Im my opinion it wasn't worth the hassle of trying to get the parts we paid for and the sheer incompetence of wickes customer services. I won't even go onto the design mistakes from the widnes branch. Really poor customer service and bang average design service

I ordered a new kitchen which has been a long journey but the staff at Wickes and in particular Ben SC have been great in helping update my Kitchen.

We are now into the 7th week from having our kitchen completed and l regret deciding to go with wickes. We still have issues with the completion. We have an extractor fan that does not work and have had 2 weeks of promises that it would be resolved. Customer service are of no help as they have closed our job. We had to get the fitter back for numerous issues..light not working, incomplete grouting, untidy sealent, panels missing, damaged grill on extractor, gap in coving , leak under the sink. We have had to pay a joiner to sort out the kick boards . Basically it has taken the whole enjoyment from having a new kitchen. I wish we had done more research and read reviews before we decided to go with Wickes.

We cane to the Widnes store to look at laminate flooring and was approached by Brian who was absolutely amazing, friendly and very very helpful. He is an asset to the company and embodies exactly what customer service should. The man deserves a pay rise and employee of the month in our opinion. Thank you Brian we will definitely make wickes Widnes our go to store now just because of your customer service.

I called into the Widnes store to have a look at the kitchens.

I'm very impressed with the store layout and both the kitchen and bathroom ranges.

I purchased some diy items whilst I was there and was served at the checkout by Albie.
He was very polite and helpful and a credit to the store.

I attended the Widnes branch of Wickes to get a proposal for a new kitchen.
I met with design consultant Ben Steels-Chambers.
Ben was an excellent consultant, very knowledgeable of all products and happy to demonstrate various appliances.
He was very helpful, & whilst being mindful of my budget, helped me to select all suitable products.

We were planning our new kitchen for the last 6 months. Adding/changing things, had few designs from different companies. And then we come a cross Wickes. We have had a home visit with kitchen designer Lyndsey Matthews. Very professional,polite and customer focused lady! She was so exited and focused on what she was doing for a moment we thought she is planning our kitchen for herself!! Exceptional customer service! We have now ordered our new kitchen and waiting for delivery!

The communication between the store and the fitters was none existent which meant it went way over the initial estimate!
We were also told we should just pay off the finance with an O% credit card to save paying interest but the finance company doesn't except interest! I don't honestly believe any of this was malicious just really poor salesmen ship. I would not go back to wicks!

We needed a new bathroom and had an idea how we wanted it to look. That’s the limit of our knowledge! Lyndsey Matthew’s was amazing, she came to our home to measure up, she was polite informed and creative. Really helping our vision come to life, we even tried to change her design but soon reverted back, she knows what looks good and what will work in your space!! Thank you so much, you made the process a dream. Now we await fitting, absolutely confident we can call on you if needed!

Ben Steels-Chambers at Wickes Widnes was very helpful, informative and gave some great reccomendations for creating our perfect bathroom. Amazing experience overall at this Wickes, would reccomend!

Fantastic Design, advice and support from the team at Wicks in Widnes. Special shout out to Hayley B who provided superb advice and ideas for the design and installation and was always fully available to quickly resolve any issues encountered, absolutely superb service. We are very happy with the finished kitchen. Wicks take care of all aspects from design, delivery and installation, thoroughly recommend.

My kitchen designer Hayley at Widnes was amazing. Very pleasant and really listen to what I wanted and worked with me to get my dream kitchen in the price I had set myself. I would definitely recommend Widnes store and Hayley for your kitchen design. Can’t comment on kitchen yet as it’s pending fitting. I will add review post fit. Many thanks 👍🏻
