Designer Oliver at Wickes Welwyn did an amazing job designing my newly installed kitchen very happy with the outcome would 100% recommend him to friends and family

Just had our kitchen redone for the new year and wanted to say a big thankyou to Oliver. His customer service was exceptional, was very knowledgeable in terms of supporting us in the design we wanted and was happy to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend wickes Welwyn with any kitchen and bathroom installations and couldn’t be happier with the work Oliver pulled of to give us a smooth and brilliant experience for such a big job!!

I had a great experience at Wickes thanks to two really helpful team members, Mitchell and Greg. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what I needed. I went in unsure exactly what part I needed and even mentioned I was trying to fix my toaster — they didn’t just point me to shelves, they listened, asked questions, and made smart suggestions to help me find the right solution.

Their support made a tricky DIY moment much easier, and I left feeling confident about what to do next. Customer service like that really makes a difference!

I visited the store on a Saturday. Meeting with Amy for a kitchen design appointment. I was instantly reassured I’d made the right decision. Amy’s product knowledge, experience and excellent customer service skills shone through. She listened in detail to my wants, needs and list of like-to-haves. In the hours appointment we wisked through every aspect and I’m really looking forward to seeing the first stage design. I’d highly recommend Amy for a kitchen design appointment!

We recently had a bathroom fitted by Wickes and are really happy with the results. Amy at Welwyn Garden City Wickes has been an absolute star. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge and she made everything so simple and stress free. She co-ordinated with Tony the fitter and the whole process felt professional and ran smoothly. Full credit to both Amy and Tony, I would recommend these in a heartbeat.

Today I dealt with a guy called Greg. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about plumbing and really helped me out of a tight spot with a sink issue. In my opinion Wickes WGC is the best store around. Always fully stocked with great choices.

Great service and help from Lewis in store the other day, along with his other two colleagues on the front desk.

What a beautiful showroom! And even better team! We came in to look round at potentially getting a new Bathroom, when we were approached by Amy who answered all our questions. Extremely helpful and polite. Will definitely be coming back to this store when we decide to go ahead with our project.
