I ordered a replacement kitchen base unit on 20th Nov with a design consultant. A week had lapsed since and no news on delivery. Tried to contact “customer service” several times as requested by Watford branch and my calls are keep disconnected after a long wait. Frustrating.

I ordered a kitchen at watford store…
I ordered a kitchen at watford store with designer then decided to cancel as I could not find a fitter to take on flat packed units. I have waited 2 weeks now for a refund as I paid up front. They are blaming it on IT issues. That was one week ago. Still I have no refund and needing the money to pay for magnet kitchens. I have now lost the discount from magnets and now will only get 50% discount rather than 83% they offered me if I ordered and placed a deposit by 13 th November
Would never go to wickes again I am extremely unhappy with there refund delay

Delighted with new kitchen
Our new kitchen has just been completed and we are delighted with it. Our designer Amy listened to what our requirements were, she was informative and did a great job with the design. She kept in-touch throughout the process and was quick to reply to any queries we had. James the kitchen fitter has a good eye for detail and did a great job on the installation. All in all a good experience. Thank you.

Excellent service from Amy in the kitchen showroom. She listened to what we needed and gave us all the information quickly to help us make our decision. No pressure or upselling tactics, just very good customer service. Highly recommend.

Helpful staff, good range of goods
Excellent service as always, I had trouble finding an item but friendly Maria at the till quickly got on the radio and got someone to help me.

Brilliant Staff @ Wickes Watford
Wickes Watford are staffed by a great team......always helpful. If I had to single a member of the team out who is always outstanding it would be Maria. She has worked at the branch for a long time and as I'm a regular customer I can honestly say that she works very hard to ensure that customers experience the very best service that Wickes try to offer. Bathroom purchase
Tom was very friendly from the outset. Always at the end of the phone. Replied to messaged both voice and text promptly. Excellent 1-2-1 service with excellent knowledge about products. We had to return 3 bits of a large order (not anything to do with quality) and refunded within the hour. Thank you for your assistance.

Excellent first class service
Very grateful with Amy our local Wickes (Watford)kitchen designer from start to finish who organised and planned our dream kitchen.Amy took great care in planning our kitchen ,with brilliant ideas.
Took care of all the delivery’s and arrange for Mike the Wickes kitchen installer to come in and fit our kitchen.
Mike and his team were excellent and clean and tidy workers at all times.Would highly recommend Wickes to design and install your kitchen
