Lovely Lisa at Warrington really made me feel welcome and couldn't be more helpful.
I love Wickes.

Visited the Warrington branch, usually have a great experience, However there is one member of staff that is consistently rude. She is maybe polish? I’m in the trade and shop there a few times a week, spending hundreds of pounds. The rest of the staff are lovely - she seriously needs some customer service training!

Sophie our design consultant was there right at the beginning, giving us sound and professional guidance while being respectful and relaxed and friendly, putting us totally at ease. She clearly explained all the designs and costings and worked hard to get us the very best deal so that we saved money too!

Shaun is a lovely man. Very friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to my next meeting with him to see his designs.

Brilliant customer services from wicks at Warrington. Sophie our design consultant was fantastic . Her advice was second to none . She listened to everything we wanted and pulled out all stops . I love my kitchen and the space that Sophie helped us create. All cabinets and drawers are of high quality and look lovely . Lots of compliments off visitors and family can't believe it's the same place .

Sophie our Design Consultant was a credit to Wickes. She was very approachable, friendly and helpful - all the way through, from our initial store visit, the home visit and then our planning meeting. Nothing was too much trouble as Sophie made the whole journey an enjoyable experience. She showed us all of the options and was patient whilst we made our decisions. Excellent service - well done, especially in this day and age.

We called into the Wickes Warrington store to ask for donations towards our Halloween build, and the team couldn’t have been more helpful! They kindly supplied us with spray foam and pipes, which will make a massive difference to our project. We’re truly grateful for their generosity and support — thank you, Wickes Warrington!

Mo Iqbal was brilliant. A decent fella who is up for a laugh and made the process of buying our kitchen very easy. His attention to detail was excellent and his knowledge of the products is second to none.

My mum bought a kitchen from mo in the Warrington store he was so nice and friendly, designed the kitchen of her dreams 5 stars 🌟

Writing this review on behalf of my mum who was helped by mo and received fantastic service, mo helped her with her bathroom and it's the best design she can't wait for it to be installed .

Mo designed my mother's kitchen and she is so happy with it. Finally she can use her kitchen all thanks to Mo. Really friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process

Sophie was hands down best customer service I’ve ever received. She helped me the moment I walked into the department and even saw me 30 mins before my actual appointment. She designed my bathroom even tho I had no idea what I wanted. She was honest and upfront about costs. She explained the process off everything.

Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new bathroom to ask for Sophie

Many of our members at our Scout Group shop at Wickes, therefore we were delighted to receive a generous Community Project award.
Amongst other things, we received a Chillington Camden wheelbarrow. Very good robust quality, it will be a massive help us with our seasonal grounds tidy up sessions. Many thanks to all the friendly helpful staff at Wickes

Visted Warrington store on Friday, with my grandad looking at paint. We was unsure on the paint we needed and the staff member that helped us (Julie) was most helpful with us. Making sure we got the right one and making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend wickes to everyone.

Our design consultant Shaun really knew his stuff and helped us pick out the right kitchen for us, he was very helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend the Wickes design service.

Excellent service by assistant Vicky in the Warrington store. They were having problems with the forklift at the warehouse and were unable to get the extra stock down I required however she spent time trying to locate the items I needed at the nearest store rang and reserved them for me all done with a smile! Thanks again Vicky much appreciated excellent service 👍🏼😊

Very helpful, precise and informative on my products. Very kind and professional.Will was brilliant, fantastic service, will be using the store again.

Although I'd done a little research beforehand, it was quite overwhelming trying to choose a new bathroom suite with accessories. However, my thanks go to Shaun, the design consultant at the Warrington branch, who steered me through the maze of options. I didn't end up with what I thought I wanted, but I'm pleased with the recommendations he put forward and the decisions made as a result. Shaun was courteous and respectful throughout the process and answered my many questions by text promptly and effectively. I'm so looking forward to having it fitted now. Thank you Shaun.
