Wickes Bathroom Installation. I had been looking around for months, getting multiple quotes for a complete bathroom refurbishment. I wish I had gone to Wickes sooner. From the start to finish the process was easy and stress free. The finished bathroom looks amazing. The look and quality of the bathroom items are top notch and reasonably priced. The tiling and painting by the installing team supplied through Wickes was very professional. Thank you to all those involved Vanesa, Freya and the installation team I.J. Installation&refurbishment Ltd. Ilya and his team were polite, professional and cleaned up really well after each day. I highly recommend going through Wickes for your bathroom refurb.

I went to Wickes, Waltham Cross to order a kitchen. My Design Consultant was Vanesa Cuesta Bailez. I must say her expertise was a great help in the design she offered great advice to me and we worked well together to get the kitchen I wanted. She allowed me time for my final decision and made sure that Iwas made aware of my preferences.

I’ve been frequenting this store for many years. On my most recent visit I needed help with some materials and met a new staff member Tony, he was super knowledgeable and friendly and helped me get sorted out quickly.
It was a breath of fresh air to meet someone enjoying their job.

The staff at Waltham Cross are amazing always polite. Especially Tony who is a new recruit is extremely helpful and polite, knowledgeable and friendly went out of his way to find some items with some good advice for me. Would definitely visit wicks again.

Thank you to Tony for being so cheerful, kind and helpful around the store. He carried all the heavy load for us and placed it in our car. It was an excellent customer service all round! See you next time!

I placed an order with Wickes for wood panels, which were scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday, September 24th. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I never received the correct panels. Frustrated with the lack of service, canceled my Wickes order and purchased the panels from a local, independent business. The local business provided a superior product at a lower price and offered exceptional customer service. would encourage others to consider supporting local businesses rather than large corporations that prioritize profit over customer satisfaction."

I am a member of the new Trade Pro Scheme, which gives a 10% discount; excellent idea.
The store I use is the Waltham Cross Hertfordshire Unit..staff always polite and helpful and Store well stocked..or they will order and get it for you promptly..prices are also very keen..a good store experience!
I'm not related, or know the cashier personally and I wanted in these sometimes curt and rude times, to acknowledge Marie..hope.. I've spelt her name correctly. She is the petite Black Lady on the till and she goes far in excess of a 'normal' service ethic..always efficient and smiling..How she does it, I'll never know, but always an uplift to the day, when she serves you with a smile!
I record this as a retired individual, now undertaking part time voluntary maintenance work, formerly employed for nearly 40 years in the Corporate Banking Sector.

This is the second time I’ve used Wickes for a home project, this time it was a new shower room. The in store advisor Tom was knowledgeable and helpful, we agreed the budget and design. The installation went smoothly I was told what to expect and the customer centre checked in at regular intervals to ensure I was happy. I will certainly use Wickes again if needed.

Wickes Waltham Cross- Poor Service
Recently ordered some exterior wood paint in white. Took it home, opened it and it was black, even though clearly marked as white on the tin.
I let that go, even though the staff member in store was unhelpful and unapologetic when I returned it. More recent experience was worse, hence my review.
Ordered click and collect Ronseal fence paint. Website showed they were in stock and payment was taken. The following day, no confirmation text or email so called them. They said they didn't have any in stock, but not to worry as the payment wouldn't have been taken from my account yet, but of course it has. I doubt I'd have been contacted promptly to inform they were out of stock. Awaiting my refund which I expect I'll have to chase up.
Inconvenienced on more than one occassion now. I wouldn't order anything online from this store again.
