Super helpful and friendly staff. Especially a young lady named Tasha.
She was very pleasant, happy to help, and helped me find what I was looking for in a flash.

I went to buy some paint samples and was assisted by Gracie. Knowledgable and helpful, she got the the paint mixed that I wanted and seemed interested in the project I am doing. Really good customer service.

I couldn't find the trims, a helpful store member called Tasha spotted I was struggling and walked me to them! Thank you.

Everybody is always so helpful in the Tunbridge Wells Store, and staff know where everything is. The store is clearly set out. Always service with a smile on the checkouts, today from Tasha :-)

I am doing some plumbing at home in my garage and wasn’t too sure what fittings to use and Tasha very kindly showed me speedfit fittings and explained why they might be best for me, would highly for anyone looking at doing some plumbing for themselves

I go into wickes for most of my materials for work and I always find that Chelsea & Tasha are always happy to help, always have a smile on their face and always make me feel welcome. They are both a credit to the company

This paint is truly terrible. Both emulsion and interior wood. Even if you stir it well for several minutes the coverage is so patchy you have to apply twice as many coats as eg dulux and still looks terrible. Wasted so much time i cant understand how they can sell this stuff

Steve, Lacey & Chelsea are such a credit to your business. They really look after their customers. I had a problem unresolved from another member of staff but they reassured me and got back to me as soon as they could.
I understand there are a lot of things to consider in the running of your business but I’m sure you will agree that customer service is one of the most important. Great customer service will almost always lead to more business in the future. The 3 members of your team I mentioned are testament to that and I sincerely hope they are looked after.
Well done Wickes for having the right people in the right place on this occasion.

I went to Wickes Tunbridge Wells (Longfield Road) this morning. Only my second visit as there is one a little closer. I was researching paint colours last week. Wanted to use Crown paint and needed a colour chart. None on display, but as I was leaving I was called back. One of the ladies had gone to the trouble of searching and found some. I was quite grateful. Went again today to buy. Needed some info on what grades available in the colour chosen, other paint and size of "tins". Young lady on the till called another and she explained the coding systems, checked availability of different grades and helped with selection. I also had a colour mixed. This young woman loaded my trolley, opened a till for me to pay and offered to load my car, which I accepted. I am disabled but not obviously so. I was very impressed by all three members of staff and would like to say thank you for your help. It was not a one off as they were very helpful and courteous for both visits. I'll certainly be back.

Very good service from Tasha and her colleagues

As ever this store is one of the best, they are generally very competitive and staff are very approachable. Tonight I found what I wanted but was unfortunately damaged, spoke to Tasha who spoke to manager who gave Green light to discount the item. Win Win they moved damaged stock I bagged myself a deal.
Other items I purchased were competitive with other DIY store but the benefit of the 10% discount card always makes the trip here worthwhile.

Wickes did a bathroom (simple in our view) for us a year ago in May. To date we are still dealing with issues of poor design and very poor installation. I have spent the past year dealing with these problems. Whilst Wickes Customer Service acknowledges there are errors both with the design and install, it has been left to me to rectify and to find my own tradesmen to make repairs, with a promise from Wickes that they will reimburse. I am not sure I believe this and it is a headache to find people to help repair all of the problems (some cannot be repaired without ripping out the whole bathroom).

I’m sorry to say but I absolutely do not recommend and I would avoid.
