Wickes - Tamworth Recensioni 

Natalie at Wickes Tamworth has been amazing today! We had an issue with a wall tile delivery and received several different shades / batch numbers. Natalie rung round other stores to source more tiles with the same code, she went out of her way to resolve our issue. She helped with a discount code & gift voucher which wouldn’t work, along with other staff members. Brilliant customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Tamworth store and Natalie, an excellent member of staff and a credit to Wickes!

Did even turn up after waiting in not a good service

Nat was fantastic. She helped me out with a couple of queries and was more than happy to help. Nat promised that she would phone me to advise that stock was in store for me to collect. A promise kept. Anytime I'm in store Nat goes above and beyond. You are a star!

Excellent store, really friendly and helpful staff, served by Nat today and she was very good in helping me get a trade account set up. Everything is easy to find and competitively priced. Wickes is always my first choice when in need of DIY supplies.

Natalie at the Tamworth store is amazing. I went in really stressed as a few items were missing from the kitchen I had delivered. With it being a Sunday I couldn’t get in contact with anyone to sort the issue and felt lied to by people that I discussed the issues with yesterday, but I needed the issue sorting as the kitchen fitter was finishing the same day and to call him back would have meant I had to pay another days wage. Natalie then went above and beyond to help me sort it and then stayed with me to help me find the other bits that I needed to purchase. I have never experienced this kind of customer service at Wickes and will definitely be returning. Natalie is a credit to the team and seriously needs a pay rise. Whilst I was also with Natalie, other customers were also coming over to thank Natalie for her help so I knew I was in great hands.

Tom supported is with finding attachments for a garden gate. He then wiped it down as it was dirty. Excellent customer service

Zack Reid at Tamworth store was great throughout our kitchen design process. We explained what we needed and what we liked. After coming out to measure up we met up again to see our design. He gave some really helpful suggestions about the units and worktops saving us quite a lot. He pointed out some good deals on an oven and induction hob which we were also able
to take advantage of.
Zack was open about costs and ensured we were very clear on what would be included and what wasn't. He explained what would happen next and so are looking forward to our fitter contacting us shortly.
In addition Zack designed another kitchen at another property 12 years ago and we have been very pleased with that one too!

Installers CK Renovation have installed the bathroom to a lovely finish with as limited disruption as possible (I work from home and was able to continue more or less as normal).

We recently purchased our new kitchen from Wickes and I would highly recommend them. Joanne was fantastic from the home visit to the planning and design. She really does go above and beyond to help you make the right choices and all done with professionalism and a friendly manner. There is absolutely no pressure and no hard sell with Wickes which is definitely an added bonus.

Just been to Wickes this morning. The staff are not only very helpful but cheerful with it. Nothing is too much trouble and I’d like to pick out Nat today- she was knowledgeable and efficient – thank you very much.

We recently purchased a kitchen from wicks at Tamworth, The young lady that helped us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful ,we told her what we wanted and when she visited us at home she had a few different ideas,then we went into store to view them ,they were all very good and it was hard to decide ,she was very patient and moved units around until we were happy.The ladies name was Jo Nickless and would highly recommend her ,Thank you Jo !

Have been using wickes near weekly for the last 3months for a home renovation and this was the first time the shop assistant actually asked to sign me up for the trade. Every time they ask if I had a trade card but never asked if I wanted to sign up. Until today and Natalie asked and got me signed up so I could get my discount.

The hands on personal approach from Jo Nicholas who took the time to get to know us and our needs. The design that Jo did was amazing! Ideas we never even thought about which was very inspiring. Jo is very knowledgeable about all the different products and answered all our questions.
Gary Bagnall the kitchen fitter is such a talented skilled person and gave good advice during the project.Giving ideas to and gave us choices throughout, again nice hands on personal advice. Thank you so very much for making this stress free and pleasant experience! We have our amazing dream kitchen!

We have just purchased a kitchen from Wickes and from the start to the end it all went great.
Firstly Jo who designed our kitchen was brilliant, gave us a brilliant design and put in the design plan things we would never of thought of. Jo was so friendly and helpful all the way through the project. The installation team were amazing, which was lead by Mike, workmanship was excellent and installation was completed ahead of time. Attention to detail was above and beyond. Customer services were very good when I needed to contact them. Overall the experience with Wickes was faultless and I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about getting a kitchen supplied and fitted.

Used Tamworth store multiple times as I live in Tamworth had the pleasure of meeting Natalie a few times who has gone above and beyond to help me and advise me can not thankyou enough nice to no that excellent customer service still exists… 5 stars 👍🏻

Joanne was amazing! From the initial visit, the whole way through the process, nothing was too much trouble. She checked in regularly to make sure everything was ok and helped me with any small issues that arose.

There were several changes to our order throughout but joanne made sure everything was taken care of.

Colin and the team who fitted the kitchen were fab, it was very speedy and the level of work was excellent. Colin was also a great communicator.
