Wickes - Swindon Recensioni 

I am very disappointed with the way Wickes treat their customers who request a refund. Customer services is non existent, it took weeks before I eventually got a reply from them. I have been expecting a cheque from them for a full refund on a kitchen order which was never placed. It has now been 5 months since I made the order and over 2 months since I was told to expect my refund.
Come on Wickes, get your act together and give me my refund. I am a pensioner who needs the money more than you do according to the profits you made this year!

Couldn't find what I was looking for despite walking round the store. I found Kerrie who found the product for me, showed me the various options and helped me with my choice. So polite and helpful. Thank you Kerrie!!!

I rang my Swindon store to check if what I wanted was in stock as it's a 20 minute drive from where I live. I spoke to Melinda who was extremely helpful. She found what I was looking for, confirmed it was in stock and also confirmed i could have the item I wanted cut so it would fit in my car. Upon arriving at the store, Melinda helped me with a trolley and guided me to the aisle I needed. Another member of staff took the board to the cutting room and promptly cut the board to my measurements. The whole experience was great and the customer service exemplary. Well done Melinda and Swindon store.

Charlotte is amazing. She has served me so many times and without fail she’s 5 ⭐ service. Today I forgot my boss’s card and had a really bad day at the garage and I was so worried I drove all the way there for no reason to return the last panel we didn’t need. She calmed me down and was mellow and fast and efficient

I arrived to wickes to grab a few bits for my builder and went to get a trolly.
I was unfortunately cat called by a group of men in the car park and they said some awful things so I went into the store and asked for some assistance finding the items I needed but also didn’t feel safe to walking around the store alone as the men had walked in and looked at me. That’s when Kerrie was called over to help me and what a hero he was. Not only did he make me feel really safe and welcome but also went shopping with me to help me find the items I needed. He really made me feel calm and relaxed and listened too. He then took my trolly of items up to the till and while I payed he headed in the direction of the door and said he would help load them into my car and see me off safely. One of the kindest men I have met and what a wonderful employee. Kerrie your a gem! Thankyou I won’t forget your kindness

Tried returning a door frame to Swindon branch. Packaging was damaged but exactly as supplied by another Wickes. They refused to take it back even though it was clear so see that the product was intact and in good order. When I think of the amount of money and kitchens I have bought in the past, this seems unreasonable. I was not happy and will now go to an alternative store.

Exceptional service from Simon Whitaker (Swindon sore) was with us throughout our kitchen renovation from planning to queries and problems. You'll always have a few things go wrong when ordering a whole kitchen! But the speed and resolution of issues was 2nd to none. The products we have bought are of a good quality and sturdy would have no hesitation in recommending a wickes kitchen!

I would like to commend Ian for going above and beyond the call of duty when assisting me.
After a very upsetting experience at the Oxford store, I called customer service feeling extremely frustrated, and I must admit that I was quite short with Ian. Despite this, he remained helpful and professional throughout the conversation.
What particularly impressed me was that Ian physically went to check whether the item I wanted was actually in stock, rather than simply relying on the system. This extra effort was greatly appreciated and demonstrated a level of customer service that is sadly quite rare.
Ian is a credit to your organisation, and I would like his efforts to be recognised. Thank you, Ian, for going the extra mile to help me.

I almost can't believe I am writing a great review of Wickes due to a previous horrible experience with their bathrooms. However, I had no choice but to shop here again as nowhere else had what I needed!

I went into the Swindon store and couldn't find what I needed (heavy bags of sand) and Theo went out of his way to help me. He fetched the stock from the warehouse, brought it to my car, loaded it in and even ran back to the car once he realised i'd left my token in the trolly.

Most of all, he was kind and very polite. Thanks for the great service Theo.

Brilliant, fast service. Delightful delivery driver who put 6 heavy bags of bark exactly where we wanted them to be put. All part of the service!

Tony in the swindon branch was so helpful. He helped me find everything I needed. Pushed my trolly and lifted everything and also loaded into my car for me. He was very friendly and chatty which made everything easier as its nice to go shopping and have a friendly person to talk to. Nice one Tony. Thanks

My 89yr old Mum and I had the best possible experience of visitor service from Tony at your Swindon branch last week. He was knowledgable, patient, kind and extremely helpful, going the extra distance. He's a total asset to the company, please pass on our thanks for brilliant customer care.

This morning I went to wicks & I asked for an assistant to help find some specific wood pieces & got Tony.. he was so helpful & helped me identify the wood & then buy the nuts & bolts I needed.. Thankyou .
