Sutton Wickes have a good service.

I have been to Sutton store today and been professionally served by Roshan
He was very kind and helpful to the top level
I had the best advice and service with the product and delivery
I am really thankful to Roshan

Rush is excellent. He helped me sorted my basket and patiently listened to my situation

I went to buy compost from your Sutton store. The cashier was very helpful and Oliver helped with taking compost to my car. Wonderful service thank you 🌞

I just want to say “I was shopping in your Sutton store today, and needed help,
So I walked over and asked a young man who’s name is Oliver, he was very helpful and friendly,
This young man is a credit and a good example to your company”.

All staff were friendly, provided advice & guidance. The staff were very aware of customers if they looked lost & came to help to show you where to go in the store.
Such a great shopping experience.

I visited the store this morning 22nd July and was looking for fencing. Website said there was stock so found a guy called David and he was so helpful he went out into the yard loaded everything onto a trolley and helped me to the counter. Top bloke!!!

Staff I've found are excellent. Especially Skye who helped me today, she solved a tricky product question for me.
Patient, helpful & polite.
Store is well equipped with a good range of products.
Sutton store in particular, I rarely go anywhere else

Very disappointed with my delivery. Part came fine but the main part of the order wasn’t available on my delivery date I put in. This caused untold problems for myself and when I complained to wickes their customer relations department came up with many excuses such as I hadn’t looked at the Ts and Cs which quite frankly is a joke . Wickes not for anymore

I opened a trade account last week in the Sutton branch of Wickes.
They couldn’t have been more helpful particularly Skye who explained everything perfectly and sorted a delivery out without fuss.
Well done.

Went into Sutton, London branch and was looking for something that online said was in stock. Wasn't off shelf but asked a very helpful young man called Zack, who was very polite and went off to find it for me. Eventually found it after I had left the shop and came out to find me in the car park. Couldn't have been more helpful ! Top class customer service

Really great customer service and an employee called Keston was amazing.
Very spot on and overall great experience.

Has a nice selection of items for household use. Was served by a guy named Zack who was outstanding in his service. Was highly enthusiastic in explaining options for our gardening needs and went out of the way to find them for us and help load on a trolley. Excellent attitude towards customer service. We need more Zacks who are proactive and helpful.

This hardware shop is good.
I wanted to buy flooring for my house. Mr. Zack helped me to buy all the things. And helped me to load the flooring. Even though I forgot to get my discount. Mr Zack help me to get it . I recommend him if you want get a good service...
