I contacted our local Wickes store (Sutton In Ashfield) to see if they could help our school with an ongoing project. Carl, the store manager, was very helpful and offered to support us by donating some heavy duty storage boxes. These were perfect for what we needed.

I came into the store looking for some plumbing parts, i asked Michelle if she knew where the parts i was after were located, she said she did and took me over ro where plumbing was and found the parts i was after. Excellent service, thank you.

Great service deserves recognition
This review is based only on interacting with Francesca and not wickes in general,very helpful and knowledgeable, and really went out of her way to provide great customer service, and resolved an ongoing issue that many wickes staff hadn't been able to overcome over the years, a great asset to any company, i hope they realise they need to retain and look after staff like Francesca, thanks again. New Kitchen
We recently purchased a kitchen from their Sutton in Ashfield store. Our kitchen was designed by Neil who was professional, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable throughout. He really listened to what we were looking for and gave some great advice especially when my wife and I couldn't agree on some of the design elements!
The kitchen was fitted by Les and Craig who were brilliant.
We are extremely pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend.

Quick visit
Visited the store last week to pick up paint and tools to decorate my baby’s nursery ready for his arrival this Summer. The staff were helpful, friendly and approachable. Chloe advised and helped me pick out a suitable paint for the room given it is North facing and will no doubt need a touch up in the future.
