Wickes - St Albans Recensioni

My bathroom was designed by Rae in St Albans. I am so happy with my bathroom and my design experience was amazing. I am quite hard of hearing and take some time to make decisions but Rae was very kind and understanding. She spoke clearly and was very patient with me. This is the first place I visited that I did not feel pressured into sales. She took so much time designing with me and showing me my options. Rae enjoys what she does and has a kind heart and want to help others that is clear. A big credit to Wickes and I cannot recommend Wickes St Albans enough. The shop floor staff and management are also very helpful and kind. My bathroom were fitted last year however Rae recently checked in with me and I find that very courteous and different to make other companies in terms of customer experience and care. Thank you Wickes.

We were given excellent customer service and support to install our new kitchen cupboards and appliances by Azhar Fajurdeen (Azee) Senior Design Consultant at Wickes-St Albans Branch. He is a well experienced and professional Design Consultant & a Designer coach, friendly, who can trust his service and reliability.I can recommend his excellent service to any needy customer like us.Thank you Azhar.Jayalath Fernando.

Anthony Garnett and Omran did a brilliant job designing, planning and installing my new kitchen. After visiting to measure and discuss my requirements, Anthony showed me a design on the computer. I was amazed that my kitchen could look like that. A few months later, it did! Throughout the process Anthony was very helpful explaining options without being pushy. He made tweaks to the plans, answered my questions and spent time with me to make sure everything was as I wanted and made best use of the space.
Omran and the team at Softwood Beech were fantastic. They expertly installed the kitchen to a high quality, including adding a new wall and pocket door.
Also Eve and the installation team at Wickes made it all run smoothly including arranging the worktop template and install.
I am very happy with the result and would definitely recommend Wickes together with their partners.
Thank you so much to Anthony, Omran, Eve and everyone involved!

We recently undertook a major bathroom renovation for our first home, and we were incredibly fortunate to have Raeanna as our Design Consultant at the Wickes St Albans branch. From our very first meeting, Rae was absolutely phenomenal.

She didn't just try to sell us a bathroom; she genuinely took the time to listen to our ideas, understand our vision, and translate it into a stunning and highly functional 3D design. Her attention to detail, endless patience with our questions, and brilliant eye for aesthetics made the entire planning process a joy. She guided us through the product selections with impressive expertise.

Seeing her beautiful design come to life—flawlessly executed by the bathroom installation team (ETL Interiors)—has been a dream come true. The final result is exactly what we envisioned, if not better! Rae’s support didn't just stop at the design phase; her ongoing professionalism and genuine care for her customers are truly commendable.

If you are planning a project and visiting the St Albans branch, do yourself a massive favor and ask for Raeanna. She is a credit to the Wickes brand and an incredibly talented designer. Thank you, Rae, for helping us build the bathroom of our dreams!

Super professional designing by Azhur, who helped create the right bathroom for us, and in trusting his judgement we had exactly what we needed. Installing team were excellent, very respectful, efficient and considerate for us a their client. Process was very efficient, and far less disruptive that we anticipated. Would highly recommend.

We recently purchased our kitchen through Wickes in St Albans and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Azhar was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. From the initial design consultation, it was clear how knowledgeable and passionate he is about his work. He really took the time to understand what we wanted and came up with a design that we genuinely loved.

What stood out most was how supportive and transparent he was during the process. He worked with us to find the right balance among design, quality, and budget, and went the extra mile to help us reach a position we were comfortable with.

Nothing ever felt rushed or pushed, and he made what could have been a stressful process really enjoyable.

We’re really happy with the outcome and would highly recommend asking for Azhar if you’re considering a kitchen at Wickes.

Thanks again, Azhar – we really appreciate all your help!

We ordered a 17000.00 kitchen last year which was supposed to be finished in November 2025. The reason we didn't wait for after Christmas sale because our dad was dying and our last Christmas was going to be special and he bought this for me and he wanted to see my face ect. Anyway we are still a work in progress six months after our dad died in January. All I can say is the stress and turmoil this has caused our family is beyond ridiculous and we are still waiting for completion of all of this amazing kitchen we were promised and paid a lot of money for is incredible disappointing and upsetting.

Azee made all the difference - friendly warm and efficient

Went in and arranged a home visit for the following day and then went back later that week and sat down and went through the design and placed our order. We were given good advice and everything was fully explained. There were no problems changing a couple of things on the order further down the line. All in all a good experience.

I cannot commend Wickes St Albans (and particularly Raeanna) enough for their help with the products for our utility room. We had a bad experience with B&Q but as soon as we went to Raeanna with the same request, the whole process was a dream from start to finish. Extremely easy and smooth design process, excellent communication, reasonable prices and to top it off, extremely fast delivery. Cannot recommend the Wickes St Albans design and installation team enough, you were a lifesaver! Thanks again!

Very pleased with my new ensuite bathroom. Azee was helpful from start to finish, always available to speak regarding my (many!) last minute design changes and resolving any issues efficiently and promptly. Azee was the main reason I opted for Wickes as he instilled me with confidence from the outset. The installation team, led by Tony Cronk, were also excellent eg great communication and workmanship, furthermore, they kept the site tidy to minimise disruption to my household which I appreciated. I will definitely be heading back to Wickes when I am ready to change the family bathroom.

The design consultant Azhar Fajurdeen was very helpful in the design of our kitchen and after care was impeccable we would fully recommend Wickes

A design that we were very happy with resulted in a bathroom we are very happy with.

The Wickes bathroom design service was excellent. Our design consultant Azhar Fajurdeen visited our home, understood our needs, and offered clear guidance with creative ideas from his experience. The designs were impressive, and the whole process was handled quickly and efficiently. The products are good quality and most arrived on time, though a few items were delayed and I had to source them elsewhere. Overall, I would highly recommend our designer and the Wickes bathroom service.

We had lots of bathroom design appointments with different companies and our design experience with Wickes, because of Raeanna, was by far the best! Very knowledgeable, helpful and assuring. Would highly recommend.

Friendly professional service. Great advice, and excellent range of products.

Azhar Fajurdeen has been super helpful in communicating and helping us to achieve a great design for our kitchen, and helping to choose the cabinets, worktops and everything.
He has taken the stress out of our mind and made the whole experience an enjoyable one from day one. We can not thank him enough and the Wickes brand for everything. Thank you, we recommend him and Wickes very highly.

Wickes installed our new bathroom to a high standard, the installation team were professional and pleasant, we are very happy with the job

Recently had a wickes kitchen fitted. Amazing service from the designer in St Albans to the fitter John and to customer services. We had a couple of damaged items in delivery which were sorted out very quickly. The fitter was polite, efficient on time and very helpful. Could not have asked for a better service. Thanks all.

Refreshing service. Rae - honest funny and kind. She made it all so enjoyable. We spent 5+ hours in total designing and can’t believe how dedicated she is. And willing to put whatever time in we needed. Blinding experience. Manager David is a gent too. Real people with passion!
