Azhar Fajurdeen has been super helpful in communicating and helping us to achieve a great design for our kitchen, and helping to choose the cabinets, worktops and everything.
He has taken the stress out of our mind and made the whole experience an enjoyable one from day one. We can not thank him enough and the Wickes brand for everything. Thank you, we recommend him and Wickes very highly.

Recently had a wickes kitchen fitted. Amazing service from the designer in St Albans to the fitter John and to customer services. We had a couple of damaged items in delivery which were sorted out very quickly. The fitter was polite, efficient on time and very helpful. Could not have asked for a better service. Thanks all.

Refreshing service. Rae - honest funny and kind. She made it all so enjoyable. We spent 5+ hours in total designing and can’t believe how dedicated she is. And willing to put whatever time in we needed. Blinding experience. Manager David is a gent too. Real people with passion!

The exceptional manager, David, communicated quickly and took decisive action in relation to a faulty floodlight. I have had many problems with other retailers in the same sector. Excellent store, really well laid out, products were easy to find, unlike many other DIY establishments. The products purchased were heavy and a member of staff wheeled them to my vehicle and loaded them into the boot for me.

Really good experience from start to end, resulting in a lovely bathroom being installed which we are delighted with. Shout out to Azhar, our Wickes designer, who was patient and flexible with us and gave us great advice, and the installation team who worked so hard over two weeks to give us a quality finish on-time.

Azhar Fajurdeen (known as Azee) was a huge help when we were designing our bathroom. We went into the store wanting a new bathroom but not really knowing what we wanted, or what furniture or accessories to buy, and he took the time and trouble to guide us through our requests. He never rushed us and helpfully gave us ideas and recommendations on what to order based on our needs and budget. He was also very good dealing with our queries and concerns after our bathroom had been fitted. He replied to every single email I sent him and he was always available to help whenever I called him. He quickly sorted out our concerns and queries and he was very good with after-sales care. Our finished bathroom is beautiful and we are very happy with it.
I would highly recommend Azhar Fajurdeen (Azee) to design your bathroom or kitchen.

Very helpful in the details and informative on products

Azhar Fajurdeen was a fantastic design consultant. We are really happy overall with the Wickes experience and the kitchen and bathroom finish. The installers appointed we high quality and Wickes communication throughout the process was good. Azee was quick to replace any incorrect parts to ensure the works were all complete within 2 weeks. The only element that let Wickes down was that the waste collection from Hippo took a while to complete after the works were completed and some of the third party suppliers which work with Wickes were slow with refunds for parts that were out of stock or replaced. Overall however very happy with the experience and the quality of the work and finish.

Just very happy with the help in designing my kitchen and with the kitchen fitters who were very good.

Azee came to measure up and create design for our bathroom renovation. He was polite and knowledgable and the range of products on offer fitted our requirements perfectly. The team who were contracted to install the new suite, tile and move pipework were efficient and completed the works more quickly than expected. An all round good experience and we are very pleased with our new bathroom.
