Very chuffed to have an expanded Wickes in Southport for our business needs. Fantastic service Shirley - helpful and very efficient.

Really friendly and helpful, Mike went out of his his way to help us getting the laminate flooring and supplies. Staff at the checkout were also friendly. Excellent service.

Excellent store. Has everything. Staff are great especially Shirley so attentive and helpful. Definitely recommend this store

Visited the new store on friday, i was helped by craig who was very patient and knowledgable. He helped me pick out paint. I will definitely be shopping here again.

I visited the store today for the first time and was greeted by 2 members of staff as we entered. I asked a member of staff for some help regarding paints and Paul, could not do enough to help and when asked for second time for help with something else, he happily showed me what I needed and asked twice if I needed help taking stuff to the till and even handed me a voucher to use in store as I was spending over £30. I did mention to a manager on leaving how helpful Paul was, and what a credit he is to the company! Thank you very much for all your help!

Can’t believe Southport has finally got its own Wickes store. And the new store is superbly laid out. All the staff that me and my wife met couldn’t have been more helpful. 2 people shone out for their product knowledge and commitment to helping us with our purchases.
A man called Damian, I think a manager in the store, and another man called Conor.
It is such a massive help when you meet people like this as it gives a buyer total confidence when purchasing.
Me and my wife visited and bought 4 times in the first week.

Thank you Wickes for supporting the Friends of Ainsdale Village Park through your community programme. Great range of products and helpful staff a staff member called Nicole helped me set up my trade pro account very efficient and helpful through out the process setting up my registration and app

John who was at the door asked if I needed any help with anything which I did .It was acrilic water proof paint for a metal roof .After checking the products He found the paint I was looking and took me over to where it was ! Very thorough and helpful !

A new store but it has very helpful and courteous staff. I had a delivery booked which also went smoothly and on time.
I was also very happy with the items I bought and at a very competitive price so absolutely no quibbles. Thank you.

First visit to the new store young girl helped me so much finding my items also Paul offered some good advice really impressed with the staff

I visited the new wickes today to see the store and it’s got a great range of products and an easy layout I’m sure I will be back the staff were friendly and especially Shirley at the checkout who was very helpful when I asked her advice fantastic service.

I visited the new Wickes store in Kew, Southport today just to see what they sell.
It was an AMAZING experience.
They seem to have EVERYTHING you might need for DIY, very tidy, wide isles, and stuff I'd never even considered before.
Great layout, friendly and helpful staff. The store was bigger and better than previous Wickes stores I have visited -
much bigger range of products.
I'm sure I'll be returning often, and I would recommend it...

Went to Wickes today greeted by Craig who couldn't do enough for us . I found everything I required which included items not found at the Southport B & Q
I was then greeted by Shirley on the checkout who was very polite I felt how a customer should feel. Thank you

The store is very well presented and the staff particularly Craig and Paul were extremely helpful.

Our second visit to Wickes, Southport. We found what we were looking for. Staff were extremely helpful. Bathroom displays are stylish and very reasonably priced. The new store is twice the size if the old one. Very well organised.
