Excellent Customer Service from Nick at Wickes Southampton
I recently visited Wickes Southampton to purchase loft boards and insulation, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Nick. His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain the best options for my project and even helped me find everything I needed. Great customer service like this is rare, and I truly appreciate his effort. Friendly and helpful staff

Helping outdoor learning at Foundry Lane Primary School
Wickes kindly agreed to support Foundry Lane School through its Community programme and donated a quantity of materials that will help us improve our Outdoor Learning space. We are particularly grateful to Store Manager Adam, who guided us through the process from start to finish.

Outstanding service from Nick
Outstanding service from Nick at the Southampton store, on Winchester Road. I went into the store to get some wood cut and although the service was closed - Nick had popped in in his day off and helped anyway. He was so helpful, gave my son ear defenders and did a brilliant job. Thanks so much Nick.

Nick saved me money
Nick (I hope I got the name right!) was very helpful. He offered good advice without being asked and saved me money by suggesting an alternative product that he also cut for me. Great guy!

Good store, good staff team
Went to get some osmo oil, but had to order as what I needed was not in stock. Arrived next day, discount applied.
In the meantime, the staff were as helpful and friendly as could be. Good store, good staff. Ciaran, in this case, specially helpful.

Well stocked store with helpful staff
We are doing a garage to office conversion so have been in and out of Wickes Southampton in recent weeks. We have found everything we need so far and the staff are extremely helpful. Special shout out to James and Ciaran for their advice on products (James) and reassurance over a particular order (Ciaran).
