Came to wicked to buy gloss in a certain colour and Joel helped by mixing the colour for me. Very helpful

A guy who helped me called Joel was great and he helped me pick out tiles, sign me up for the discount plan and carry out stuff to the car. Great service.

Visited Crystal Peaks store yesterday and oh boy cashier plain rude. We didn’t have a big order but the cashier spent the whole interaction talking to a colleague! Barely acknowledged our presence. A visit to a branch nearer Sheffield City Centre earlier in the week the complete opposite.

meand my husband went in to have some paint mixed today the man who we asked to mix it had no idea what he was doing he was tall with a bold head and had glasses on my husband tried telling him how to do it my husband knows how to use the machine because thats what he did for 7 years when he worked for homebase but he wouldn't listen just rude so we went to the range you need to train your staff

Had an appointment with Lewis Burley to design my kitchen he was absolutely fantastic, he explained everything to me and nothing was to much trouble he went above and beyond for me showing me all my options he was so patient he is a real credit to your company thank you Lewis from Julia and Lynne

Lewis Jordon Burley from Sheffield Crystal Peaks store was amazing. From him visiting my home to measure my kitchen to the follow up appointment in store.Lewis took time to explain everything he had designed and swap things to me have the perfect kitchen I wanted. He was so patient & great advice as given to me. He is highly professional at his job & would recommend him to any one who needs a kitchen to visit him.

I had a kitchen and a bathroom designed.
It was the best experience I've ever had from beginning to end.
The patience, correct advice, support, and professionalism of the designer, Lewis Burley, were just examples of the service I had not seen in ages.
I just had my kitchen fully installed. I cannot thank them enough for the excellent service I received.

Went into wicked crystal peak for the second time this week the first time was not so good the q at the till was disgusting
But this time I had to go back for some more paint and sleeper they had been moved around so could not find them .I ask a young lad called Corey who was filling shelves he was brilliant left what he was doing to find the products I needed he offered to carry it to my car but I said I would be fine but could he take it to the till where there was no queue thank you to me that was brilliant customer service more of this wickes please .

My experience for the past few months at wicks Sheffield crystal peaks has been absolutely amazing hence me making my return daily for my materials “JO” has made my shopping experience easy fast and stress free with the incredible store and item knowledge she has always got a smile and ready to help Evan when I’ve over purchased or purchased the wrong item she has always made this situation easier and over all stress free and verry knowledgeable would highly recommend this store and Jo keep up the good work !!

On finally choosing a new kitchen both my wife & I decided to go with the one we liked at Wickes,That’s when we met Tori one of the kitchen designers there.We described which one we liked & off we went,
Tori Was so easy to speak to & extremely helpful,We arranged a date for her to check out the dimensions of our kitchen layout told her what we would like & left it all in her hands.Tori came up with a design which both my wife & I loved & with a little tweaking here & there went for it,We left everything in Tori’s hands the measurements,the ordering,EVERYTHING,Fantastic service. “Got to say Tori made everything so easy for us” Date set for delivery & the installation & off we go.Wickes chose ASKO Installations for our project & Kevin came to check exactly what was required,set a date and WOW both Kevin & Leyton worked like men possessed,what a great team they are they both knew what each other were doing & everything went like clockwork including the follow up trades,which Kevin arranged……Our new kitchen looks FABULOUS,My wife sprouted peacock feathers just like the advert on TV. When showing friends & family our new kitchen.We would also like to send a massive thank you to Alistair our designated kitchen customer co- ordinator
ALL IN ALL GUYS THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING WHICH WE THOUGHT WAS GOING TO BE A STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE,INTO SUCH A PLEASANT ONE.

Came in to buy a kitchen tap but was soon put off by the display covered in dust and most of the taps with missing parts. How ever you think someone is going to purchase one is beyond believe.
Looking at reviews this will fall on deaf ears only reply to positive reviews 😕😕

Great work from our sales/design main man Lewis Burley. So easy to chat with, not pushing the sale. Just let's it flow. Great with assisting with the design of our new bathroom.
And, again superb when it came to getting in touch with after the design and sale was completed.
Also top work from the installation team. Quick, professional and tidy throughout.

Brilliant. Shall be coming for a kitchen next.

Joanne (supervisor in drakehouse wickes Sheffield) is an absolute star and helped me and my daughter sort out which correct skirting board to order. She is an absolute credit to your company ! Alison and hannah

Absolute dreadful experience. After 4 months of being messed around we finally cancelled the whole bathroom order and installation. Sheffield Drakehouse store are incompetent in every aspect. To top it off there’s the bathroom installers that Wickes don’t even do proper vetting with so instead you get random people who are absolutely useless, and don’t even respond to you. If this was a proper company the staff would be sacked and the “bathroom installers” would be reported to whoever they get employed from. Waste of time and effort. This is only a snippet of our experience with Wickes. Poor communication and organisation! Before we cancelled everything we never received even ONE phone call from a Manager, or had a response to our complaint via their website, and we still haven’t to this day. AVOID THIS COMPANY - WE WISH WE HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE WASTING OUR TIME WITH THIS POOR COMPANY.
