A big thank you to Lucy and the Wickes Community Programme who have supported the charity The Friends of GSG. The process was easy, simply completing a form and then Lucy reached out to arrange pick up of the items we needed. Such a great initiative and we are very grateful. Highly recommend.

Wickes have a service which supports local charities. They have always donated much needed items to our schools PTA which has been so helpful when we have had events to raise much needed funds for our primary school.

Rose was excellent at planning and ordering our new bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble for her, even though we called her frequently about small details.

When we returned excess tiles we did not need, the manager was quick to refund the cost of the tiles.

Great service from designer Alfie Saunders for our new bathroom. From site visit to discussion of options for design we were looked after and helped to make final choices. Look forward to the installation.

And 10 sheets of polycarbonate.
Only had 4 sheets of polycarbonate left and 1 sheet of roofing in green
Complete waste of time

Rose has made the whole experience pain free. At sight visit her ability to visualise & guide me in my decisions was invaluable. Nothing was too much of a problem, she listened and tweaked the design until I was happy. And price was inclusive of good discount. Awaiting fitter but so far very happy. One gripe, building needs a customer toilet!

Rose was incredible, so thorough and knowledgeable. Very efficient and asked the sort of questions about my use of kitchen to guide me where I needed to be.

Went into store yesterday to pick up some bits for a decorating project. I needed some advice and was helped by a really polite young guy (Charlie). Store had everything I needed, super pleased!

I needed a new bathroom and kitchen , not sure what I really wanted
I was assigned Rose Stapley -Bunsen as my design consultant who took me through the whole process from initial design to completion in a very professional and competent way
There were a few changes and problems along the way but these were resolved quickly and efficiently
My two installation teams were excellent ,efficient ,punctual and friendly

All the staff are really helpful but particularly James, I had a list of things I needed and he was able to help me with 2 unrelated enquiries, was really pleasant and a credit to Wickes. Well done James.

I received a donation from wicks for my cub scout group. They were very helpful and also gave me more than I asked for. Very happy with the service and will continue to use wicks and shop there.

We had been to a lot of online companies to match our kitchen doors, Rose our consultant sorted it for us in less than 10 minutes! Well done Wickes! ☺️

They sold a toilet that had been returned and was missing parts! Not accepted responsibility for the flood it caused.

Well the in store experience was fine. We bought acoustic panels. Delivery was another matter, being 2 hours after latest (another emergency non Wickes customer prioritised by City Sprint - driver was great though. Our panel boxes being crushed by the clamping bands in the van left several with crush on the felt and marks on the wood. My wife ironed out the felt so we were ok but still poor to get boxes with crushing. Cheshire mould8ngs are the supplier and their packaging in our opinion is basic whilst these panels are £78 each.

Rose Stapley-Bunten was fantastic in assisting us with the design and order.
She made a home visit and advised us on what best suited us with our ideas in mind.
Delighted with the delivery of and items ordered, also excellent installer team led by LG Plumbing.
