Being a young self employed plaster going to a merchants when starting off can be quite daunting but having staff like Pinny and Julie is amazing, they have been nothing but helpful everytime i see them, always offer the best customer service and never had a bad experience

We approached Wickes at Perry Barr to support or Forest School projects, we are created areas within our school grounds. We have been given products to support the development through their community fund. We had a great experience, thank you for your support.

I have been shopping here for over 20 years and I always find myself coming back here everytime. Pinny and sashi has always been great and someone new ammaarah i am very impressed and this place is a very friendly place, friendly service, they go above and beyond with their customer service. Six-star service from Dan!
I've never had a bad experience with the staff at Wickes, but this chap was exceptional! Dan looked after me from the minute I entered the store. He got my 5 bags of slate chippings, my 3 bags of compost, loaded them onto a trolley and pushed them to the checkout. Then he opened a till, checked everything out and took my payment, and loaded everything into my car. What an absolute star!
