Great service provided by Gary Measom from the home visit, design and consultations. Gary was always happy to help and answered all questions with easy. Thank you for your help, Gary. I will definitely recommend to friends and family should they need assistance.

Fantastic customer support from Gary Measom when we went to plan a new kitchen. From going into store at 10am, he was round later that day to measure up and listen to what our plans were. We then went back 2 days later to see him and the our plan to maximise the space. Gary was not pushing for a sale, all was relaxed with many options made available. Nothing was too much trouble. We've purchased the kitchen and cant wait to have it installed. Thanks Gary. You made it less stressful.

Gary Measom at Wickes in Nuneaton was excellent in helping me design my kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble despite the numerous iterations we went through. He was knowledgeable about the products and helped me make refinements to my original design. Friendly, welcoming and his communication was spot on. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking to re-design their kitchen.

Gary is so good at his job . I changed my mind on numerous occasions and its no bother for him . His is an asset for the company .

Gary was fantastic, we changed our mind on quite a few occasions and it wasnt too much trouble.
We changed again when at home and Gary respondedto our email out of hours which he did not have to do.
We are in the final stages of our desig n and will be pleased to move forward with wickes.

I had a really bad experience for the first time at Wickes Nuneaton this morning, I ordered something online and then when I arrived the store manager refused to load it, I have been using Wickes for many years and have never been refused materials being loaded into my van, this really messed up my day’s work and will never use Wickes again, Selco loaded me straight away with no issues and was £50 cheaper, Wickes is 3 miles away but will travel 15 miles to Selco from now on.

Marika was an absolute star. From the home visit to completion she was just fantastic - there was never any pressure just an honest conversation so we knew exactly where we were at every step of the way.

My wife and I have just purchased a new Kitchen and we could not be happier.
Our design consultant (Ruth Burman De-Souza) enabled the process to be so smooth from start to finish for us thanks to her knowledge, Her understanding of our needs and her professionalism.
Ruth came to our property to measure the space and give us ideas of what could be possible. We then attended the store for a second meeting where we tweaked and confirmed the kitchen design of our choice.

I can not thank Ruth enough. It makes a refreshing change to work with someone who is not trying to sell you everything they possibly can. Because of this it is highly likely we will be requesting Ruth’s services again when looking to purchase a new bathroom.

Really pleased with the bathroom planning and design process. Marika came out to measure our bathroom, then booked us an appointment to go through the planning stage. She had created a detailed plan including creative ideas for our small shower room. She took time to explore options with us and added additional details to the plan to ensure everything was in place. Absolutely delighted with the finished plan, and feeling confident that we have chosen the right place for this project.

Gary was very professional in the way he designed our kitchen so we asked him to design our bathroom and as usual he did a first rate job very professional in all aspects of his planning

Popped into nuneaton wickes for a detail sander yesterday. Never had one before. Couldnt figure out which to get or what size sandpaper. Becky was great at explaining everything to me and got me sorted. Ty. I have a new decorating toy to play with. The team at wickes are great. Always someone to quickly assist and explain so we can crack on with whatever task we're up to. Loving wickes x

Gary at Wick was very helpful from day one, making arrangements to look and measure up our kitchen and bathroom that week. With both rooms being quite small Gary certainly had his work cut out. But the finished designs were spot on.
Gary was honest throughout always there to answer questions and put our minds at ease with any concerns we had, and on the end of the phone if needed.

Went in to Wickes yesterday looking for a new bathroom and Kitchen. Gary was very helpful, he came round that night to measure everything and we when back today and he had fully designed both kitchen and bathroom for me. Nothing we asked was too much trouble and I'm looking forward to having our new rooms! 100% would recommend.

Went in was served by David very pleasant and was cheerful which made my day . Even a little joke at the end brilliant service

i ordered a complete new kitchen to include all electrics items the salesman said if you have 5 appliences i will get £1000.00 cash back from AEG ,i waited till there was a fitter available "at extra cost " and suprise suprise i got an email from AEG saying i was too late to claim , got in touch with wickes redid all the paperwork and guess what i was outside the dates again .the offer is not actually dated so how can it be dated wrong ,wickes very aplogetic but nothing is actually being done about it ,DO NOT BUY AEG fom wickes it is a scam ,i am next getting in touch with the ombudsman RUBBISH SERVICE

Marika was amazing from our first visit to look at different ranges and designs to completing the order of our kitchen. We visited a number of times to change aspects and she was patient and helpful throughout. We will definitely use Marika and Wickes for future projects. Thank you Marika

The booking a new kitchen was easy but soon it was a nightmare. The fitting was to big so i had to remove some parts of it and the hood it doesn't fit with the furniture. The lady that was doing the planning refused to take back the hood because apparently she thinks it should fit but it doesnt. She has advised us apparently from her company fitter but still doesnt fit and she had an argument for £100 even the furniture cost 5k. No respecf for the customer at all. I wilkl not recommend this at all.
