We went to buy a bathroom today. Our design consultant was Jake who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind, and made the whole experience very easy. Many thanks!

We popped into Wicks on a Wednesday and spoke to a lovely gentleman called Jake, he spent lots of time with us and explained everything, when we left we felt happy, 2 hours later Jake was at our house measuring up, and suggesting wonderful ideas, on the Thursday we went back to see him and he had drawn all the plans up which looked amazing, we then proceeded to purchase our dream kitchen, we have never experienced anything like this before and it was a wonderful experience.

A lady called Claire was very helpful in getting me some play sand for my school sand pit quick to reponse to my email quick dispatch would highly recommend.

Luke on the till was really very helpful and personable, he had good product knowledge and was happy to support me with what I needed. It shows that the management properly train and support the Wickes team members so they can do a great job. Highly recommend Wickes for any DIY project.

The staff here is amazing, super helpful and kind. We visited this branch very often recently and we always found everything we needed. Look for the branch-specific bargains!

All the staff very friendly but one lady lady on a till called Phoebe she was smiling and she was very polite and also gentleman who helped me to carry my skirting boards to the car as I’m walking with the walking stick. Thank you very much for your help guys.

Had a good experience ordering our new bathroom. Jake listened to our needs, provided sound advice and ultimately we have come away with a design that we love. Looking forward to seeing it come to life!

We applied through Wickes through community donations. Once I submitted the application (which was very easy to do) I had a response within a few days and an email from Clare. I requested what we needed to decorate our classroom here at the Notts County Foundation and she supplied it all. On collection it was ready to collect. Myself and my team are very grateful on behalf of Wickes for donating to our charity. Thank you!

We spoke to Tamsin at Wickes about a new kitchen and she designed us a beautiful and affordable kitchen. Tamsin has an eye for design, we couldn’t be more pleased with our new kitchen.

I need a new bathroom and a relative recommended Wickes.

I booked a home visit as I thought it would be easier to show them my bathroom and what I wanted.

Long Story short:
1st visit at the end of January 2026, they cancelled the day before. I'd taken a day off work for this visit so pretty much a wasted day of annual leave. I put in a complaint via their website about this, but nearly 3 weeks later and I've not heard anything back.

2nd Visit I booked for Sunday (yesterday) at 11:45, which came and went without anybody from Wickes coming over. I then got an email asking me to write a review about the "visit" I supposedly had, so here I am!

I'm now looking for a new bathroom elsewhere and I would NOT recommend Wickes due to time-wasting, poor communication and lack of response to complaints.

I had a really positive experience at the Wickes Nottingham Central Queens Drive branch. Luke and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me work through a problem I was having with my bath. He offered clear recommendations and practical solutions, making the whole process much easier and less stressful.

His friendly and professional attitude made a big difference, and I felt confident in the advice he gave. Excellent customer service, bumped into him again on my next visit and he recommend a lock for the bathroom too!

This branch has improved so much since it was refurbished — much better experience. I had great service from Kristian who directed me really clearly to what I needed and helped me to understand if it fit my needs. Thanks!

Both the home visit and that at the showroom were excellant. Jake’s suggestions certainly enhanced our expectations of making the most of the Space in our ensuite. He was extrêmely and clear, and at no point did we feel pressuriséd.

Bought a substantial amount of kitchen units online, we’ve had a slight design change and would like some units exchanging…after discussing with customer services, took the unwanted units back to the store and catagorized what I needed in exchange (within the 30 day period)… let’s just say Wickes store management have been as much use as a chocolate teapot… I’ve waited 4 weeks, returned to the store 5 times, dealt with 4 managers and still no progress, I’ve left my unwanted units at the store to which they can’t refund either. I’m lost for words with such an easy task.
