Went into store and a lovely lady named Wendy was most helpful in assisting me in locating the item I required and even took me to it.

I cant praise Rachel enough for how helpful she was in store today. After being sent in by my husband to find some things I was a little lost and Rachel went out her way to help me and advise me. She didn't didn't try to rush me and was so polite and helpful. She's a credit to your store

Came into the minworth branch to exchange my kitchen cabinet door as it was damaged and a very helpful colleague called Tasha helped me get it all sorted. Tasha went above and beyond to get it sorted for me. Definitely a credit to the store

My parents bought a kitchen from Wickes back in March that cost in excess of £16,000! Due to the high cost of the kitchen, my parents paid for Wickes to come out and measure up beforehand to ensure everything was correct on the order. My parents opted to find their own kitchen fitters because Wickes wanted over £7,000 to do so. The kitchen arrived but due to unforeseen problems with building work, the kitchen couldn’t be fitted straight away. Upon install the fitters noticed that there are multiple parts missing that are vital to the finished look of the kitchen, and it transpires that said missing parts are because the original planner had made several mistakes! Several visits to Wickes have been unsuccessful and no one wanted to help my mom get her kitchen finished. They’ve accused my mom of stealing the parts. They’ve told my mom that because the 30 days has expired, they won’t help her. They are now telling her she needs to pay in excess of £800 to buy the missing parts. When you spend over £16,000 on a kitchen, you buy in good faith that you will receive an excellent product and excellent customer service to go with it!!! Wickes have failed on many levels in this ocassion and it is appalling. You’ve taken my parents money, and now you’re not interested. To note, I purchased a kitchen from ikea 3 years ago. A door became damaged and without question ikea replaced it. I suggest if you’re charging such extortionate amounts for your kitchens, that you train your staff better in the customer service department!!! I certainly won’t use Wickes should I ever need to!

I went to Wickes for help designing my Kitchen. Karen Khan at the Minworth store guided me through the process and delivered a great design at a very reasonable price. Karen then came to my house to confirm final measurements and we tweaked the design a bit until we were both happy it would work. I then signed on the dotted line. I was kept well informed about delivery and was even able to change the date when my builder wasn't ready to fit the kitchen. Everything got delivered on time and in good condition. There were a couple of things missing and one thing that had been misunderstood but Karen sorted everything out for me and I am thrilled with the quality of the kitchen. I had the Tiverton in Anthracite and it looks amazing. My builder was also happy with the quality and had no trouble at all fitting it. Thank you Wickes and all the team who made it happen for me.

Lovely friendly member of staff named Rachel helped me in the Minworth branch. I'd wandered round for quite a while looking for silver insulation tape...and couldn't find it. I asked her fir help and she directed me exactly to the product 👍

Minworth Branch very helpful. Jordan placed an order on my behalf for two kitchen cabinets, were duly received. Upon opening, two weeks after delivery, one cupboard was damaged. Visited the store, a very helpful assistant Tasha, spent time and effort in ordering and getting me the replacement from their supplier. She dealt with the matter, above and beyond her normal service. I will have no hesitation in recommending them to friends.
