Immensely helpful and friendly staff here. I went in asking for some advice this morning and the store manager, Chris gave me his time and expertise and assured me on a purchase he recommended when I nearly unnecessarily purchased something else.

Fabulous kitchen and service from Emily our design consultant. From design, ordering and tweaking of order, nothing was too much trouble.
Fitted myself and support from Emily was always available.

Went to Wickes today & as usual was able to find what I needed at a reasonable price, a special mention to Harindu who provided exceptional customer service & went out of his way to accommodate my requests, a very pleasant shopping experience, thank you!

I often shop at wickes as its my closet and most stocked merchants. I had placed a order for 6 sets of internal door handles. Went to pick them up and had 2 fantastic women called Elaine and kirsty serve me. They were so helpful and went threw each pair to make sure they had no scratches or imperfections on them as they were a chrome finish. Couldn't be more helpful and came out super satisfied.
A great job well done both of you keep it up!!

Although we didn’t buy from Wickes, the colleague we dealt with was excellent. From coming out to measure to doing the design, Neill Steven’s was great.
The reason we didn’t buy from Wickes was due to price and availability of what we wanted and is in no way a reflection of the service we received from Neill.

I recently planned a renovation of both my bathroom and kitchen, and having Neil involved made all the difference. From the start, he was helpful, patient, and full of great ideas—whether it was layout suggestions or recommending the right products to suit my space and needs.

He didn’t just hand over advice and step back—he stayed actively involved, regularly checking in during the decision-making phase to make sure everything was on track and that I felt confident in my choices.
I’d definitely recommend Neil to anyone taking on a renovation project—you’ll feel supported every step of the way.

Design consultant Nick Driscoll, was great from start to finish. He made the process very easy and used his knowledge to help guide us through the process. The site visit was a bonus to check my measurements to ensure the units would fit! The quality of the kitchen was great and arrived on time. Very pleased from start to finish.

The service I received from Wickes during the total refit of my bathroom was exemplary.
The designer, Emily Cassidy, was amazing, she was both professional and so friendly.
Emily arranged everything for me, including the installation fitter, Ian Rice, who I cannot recommend highly enough. An excellent job done with total respect from Ian to my property, for which I was extremely grateful.
Throughout the whole process I felt valued as a customer, and I will be sure to recommend Emily at Wickes, Long Eaton, to anyone looking for guidance in choice of bathroom or kitchen design.

Had to return quite a few items today, having come towards the end of a large project, and having over ordered the stuff we needed. Items across several receipts, and across both in-store purchases and also online click and collect.
Thanks go to both the initial colleague, Riley, and then to his supervisor Desiree for working through all the items and receipts, which wasn't easy as it was a busy day in the store. Neither showed any signs of getting flustered when other customers kept interrupting.
So thanks once again to both of you for being so cheery and so helpful.
Also, I know it is a new store, but it always seems so we'll looked after, shelves well stocked, and I am always greeted with staff who appear genuinely happy to help.

Just had a new fitted kitchen from wicks. Had the designer come Emily was so friendly and helpful, we was over the moon with the way the kitchen was designed
We then went forward having the fitters come great people and was so polite friendly thanks Alan Rob you did an amazing job we was so happy
Nothing was to much definitely would recommend them, if we was to have anything else Done Alan'scoffee man and rob we would as foe

Found exactly what I was looking for and was served by a lovely young girl called Cydney very helpful and polite and a friendly smile which in some places is a rarity nowadays.

Neil designed a lovely bathroom for us. He was very experienced in what he does. Nothing was to much trouble. He explained everything to us in detail. If we have any problems he says just to get in touch. Thank you
