Excellent experience today at Wickes Kings Lynn Had some items I had to return and was delighted with the service I received from Anne most helpful and efficient Thank you

I had bought laminate last year. I haven’t been able to lay it until now. The builder suggested I needed scotia to finish the job.
I asked a lady in the Kings Lynn store, Anne, where it was and to help choose the colour (I had a sample of the flooring with me). Anne was able to help me choose, check if there were more in stock. Anne went and checked - there was no more. We looked and other solutions but, the one we thought best was the first one.
Anne ordered the scotia, spent time checking the details were correct and amazingly it’s coming tomorrow!

Excellent experience at Wickes. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and I was able to source absolutely everything I needed to complete my flooring renovation in one place. The process was smooth, the stock availability was reliable, and the service made a big job much easier to manage. I would highly recommend this store to anyone working on a home project!

Had a very good experience with really helpful staff. The chap that helped us was excellent and easy to deal with. His name is Neil H and he works in the King's Lynn shop.

Always use Wickes at Kings Lynn find them all very helpful and also find products that I require find the staff very helpful especially Anne it was very helpful and mixing paint and choosing the correct paint too

Trevor Jackson produced the best kitchen design we have ever seen for our kitchen. It was so good, we actually went ahead and bought the kitchen. Trevor was very professional and has a real flair for design. We highly recommend Trevor.

We were impressed with the quality of Wickes kitchens on display and booked a design appointment with Emily which resulted in her visiting our property to measure up and talk about our wishes and what's possible.
When we attended our appointment at Wickes it was a revelation to see what Emily had put together on screen, so close to what we wanted even at first draft.
With a few alterations the layout was perfect.
She made choosing worktops, sink, taps and ovens etc as easy as possible and worked hard to keep close to our budget.
Emily was helpful, very patient and totally professional and we couldn't have achieved such a great result without her.

Came into the store today in kings Lynn. And was helped by a lady called Anne who went above and beyond to help me out. She went out of her way to find me things I couldn't find. What a superstar very friendly and approachable.

I have been using this store frequently for a number of years. I am most happy with the friendly service that Gary's team provide, Sean in particular.

Excellent knowledge from Sean at Kings Lynn store. Very helpful when we were choosing laminate and underlay.

Trevor at the kings Lynn branch was very helpful and provided a great service, everything went as planned and everyone is pleased with the finished product.

They came when they said they would and were very helpful. They did a good job.

We arranged an appointment with Emily at Wickes kitchen design, Kings Lynn. Emily was just brilliant! - she knew the product ranges, the mammoth design software inside and out and was so patient and accommodating despite being the end of the day. Because our kitchen was very small, Emily compared both bespoke and off the shelf options. Self installation is not for the faint hearted and takes some experience with the fittings but now on our third Wickes kitchen, I have to say the in-house designers through to product options have been great. Thanks again to Emily on this occasion!!

We had a lovely man called Neil H , helped us on our buying trip to Wickes , he couldn’t have been any more helpful he came round the store with us and helped with all the fittings, pipes, and a new bathroom basin and vanity unit &taps we didn’t have a clue what we needed for this job but Neil was on it he knew exactly what we needed , if there was an award for an employee he should definitely get it , thank you Neil , my husband and I have now fitted the basin and pipe work and couldn’t have done it without your help

Today we had a meeting with Trevor about our renovation project with kitchen and bathroom.
Trevor was superb, very professional and so so helpful.

From initial ideas through multiple design revisions to a fabulous finished product, nothing was too much trouble for Emily Gledhill-Walker and the team at Wickes Kings Lynn. Thank you so much!

Bathroom design! Wayne Tyler-Grant at the Cardiff Newport Rd store was super friendly and accommodating! He was patient with us and accommodated our needs well. He gave us good advice and his service was quick and professional! We would recommend him to our friends for sure!We cant wait for our dream bathroom☺️
