Steve was simply brilliant. He spent time understanding what we were looking for and suggesting improvements based on his years of experience designing kitchens. The kitchen exceeded our expectations and works really well - thanks Steve.

Lorraine went out of her way to help us. We will definitely be back to purchase our flooring.

Steven Lowery was extremely helpful throughout the process, offering great advice and making sure the design suited my needs, he surely deserves a pay rise. Our kitchen designer, Steve Lowry, was uber patient and meticulous in his planning, not at all pushy, but super helpful and happy to offer suggestions and alternative ideas when we needed help, which made all of the difference.

The kitchen was delivered spot on time as promised and our fitter Sophie Spencer, cracked on with ripping out the kitchen in a day, organising and managing the plasterer and electrician, and installed the kitchen methodically and with care - an absolute delight.

The Wickes Experience Centre checked in at various stages which was reassuring. The only slight niggle was there was one missing drawer inner and a replacement cupboard needed which took some chasing with customer service, but fortunately did not hold things up.

We are delighted with our new kitchen!

We had an appointment with Steve Lowry at Wickes Ipswich, and we couldn’t have been happier with the service we received. Steve was so helpful, friendly and professional from the very beginning. He really listened to what we wanted and helped us design the kitchen we had in mind.
Steve even came out to our home to make sure all the measurements were correct, and he kept in touch with us throughout the whole process, always happy to answer our questions and offer advice and support.
We’re so grateful for everything Steve did to help make our kitchen project go smoothly. We’re absolutely delighted with how our new kitchen has turned out.

The Ipswich Wickes has a good range of products and uniques items specific to them. I had a look around and Wickes was the place that had the best item for doors and underlay. Also the staff are very friendly and always helpful. Special thanks goes to Minara for going the extra mile.
