Wickes - Huntingdon Recensioni 

Three times I have purchased items for click and collect which are showing in stock , three times they have not had the stock when twice after travelling to the store .
Terrible service , I don’t know if it’s the actual store or Wickes whole system which shows stores have items in stock either way it’s not good enough.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Wickes. Wiktoria listened to us and the design has made the most of our small space, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

A special mention must go to Simon and his team , who fitted our kitchen. He went above and beyond to make sure every inch of our kitchen was used as effectively as possible and to make it the very best it could be. His attention to detail, care and commitment really made a difference, and it’s clear he takes real pride in his work.

We are so pleased with how everything has turned out. Our kitchen feels as good as it possibly could, and we couldn’t have asked for more from Simon.

A huge thank you to Wickes for the design and especially to Simon for his hard work and dedication. We would happily recommend Wickes and Simon to anyone looking for a new kitchen!

Outstanding Customer Service at Wickes Huntingdon

I have always found the Huntingdon branch of Wickes to be excellent, with friendly, helpful staff and a consistently high standard of customer service. However, on my most recent visit, one particular member of staff went above and beyond and deserves special recognition.

Kris was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly helpful, patient and genuinely committed to resolving my issue. Rather than simply offering a quick answer, she took the time to understand the problem and went out of her way to ensure it was sorted.

It’s refreshing to encounter someone who takes such pride in providing excellent customer service.

What makes this particularly noteworthy is that the Huntingdon branch already sets a very high standard, so for one individual to stand out so positively really says something.

Kris is an absolute credit to Wickes and the Huntingdon team. Her professionalism, attitude and willingness to help deserve genuine recognition.

The customer service I received from Shannon was exceptional. Knowledgable, friendly and provided many solutions for my project. 10/10!

I don't write reviews, but this can't go unnoticed. I have come into the store a couple of times, and Shannon always makes it a pleasant experience. She is polite and very friendly. Any time I have a query about a project of mine, she takes the time to answer and give me advice on what I should do. I never feel rushed, and it's a wonderful experience. Very lucky to have such a caring and kind staff member.

The staff that I encountered were very knowledgeable,courteous and helpful which was very noticeable. My thanks go to Shannon who served me.

Popped in for a couple of bits and was served by Lexi. Excellent service and she got me to reactive my Wickes Card which saved me money. Fantastic serve and will now use that store far more. She is a good ambassador , hold on to her.

Our design consultant Sarah Gerrard-Cook made a beautiful design to balance making the most of the space with making the utilities as accessible as was needed. I am really happy with the installation work carried out by Jason, who made the process as smooth as possible which was very important to me as a disabled customer. I was able to get around the showroom at Huntingdon with a powerchair too, so could see all the samples during the design process.

I visited Wickes this week and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff. I was helped by Shannon throughout and she made it a good experience.

Customer service was great, Lexi was lovely.

One staff member was pleasant and helpful in showing me to items wanted. Lexi at checkout was friendly and helpfully pointed out that one item.was damaged and suggested a replacement before I paid. All items required were in stock.

Had to return an unwanted item and Lexi was very helpful and quick to process the return. All staff are very helpful and willing to go out of their way to help.

Visited Wickes store on Saturday 26th September at Huntingdon. I asked a member of staff, Andy, to assist me with purchasing some top soil. He didn't hesitate to help me even in so far as giving me half price soil. He also loaded my car with my purchase. Thank you Wickes for employing lovely staff.

I had been served very well by Lexi, who is a new member at Huntingdon branch. She was perfect what she did as a cashier and dosen't looks like at all she had this job just 4 weeks ago. Well done Lexi!!

Made a quick trip in after work before closing, found half of what I was looking for but Andy who was outside was more than helpful in finding what I needed which had fallen underneath a shelf and hidden from view. Great guy. Fahima (hopefully spelt correctly) was also very helpful and polite on the till. Great service

Sarah is a real star, knows her stuff and has excellent attention to detail. Second time we’ve used her services in the past 12 months. Any issues Sarah jumps on them straight away and resolves without issue.

I'm have good experience with the staff lexi.
