Kim helped me place my order. I was so impresses i will be back again.

Went into Wickes to pick up a large quantity of floorboards and one of the team members Amrit very kindly helped me carry and load them into the van and answered all my questions. He was very helpful and friendly. Nelly very kindly called me to inform me my collection was ready.

The staff were really helpful today at wickes handsworth. Bal and Nat were especially very helpful. I highly recommend this store. Thank you

Popped into Wickes needing some help and ended up getting top-tier customer service thanks to Natalie and Bal. They were bright, super approachable, and completely sorted me out with what I needed without any fuss. It’s rare to find staff who are both genuinely friendly and actually know their stuff so well. Came into the store today in handsworth to shop for some paint and other things I needed and the staff were very helpful especially bal and Natalie. They showed me what I needed and gave me some advice on the paint also

The staff is really helpful.
I went in there today, needed some help with selecting some stuff for my garden.
Amrit told me which options where available and what was the best choice accordingly.
He helped me also with lifting some material to taking it to my van.
His service was excellent!

Came in today for paint, came across kim who was an amazing assistant she helped me and my brother to find the best paint for the job great interaction with her as she approachable and easy to talk to myself and brother will be returning again due to the good experience n customer service

i wanted some gravel that was out of stock but was being delivered and i could see what i wanted in the yard behind the barrier. i begged them to let me have some. i couldn’t come back the next day. eventually someone took pity and went and fetched it for me. great customer service.

I visited the store searching for laminate flooring, Amrit was most helpful he's a great advisor went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Excellent customer service I will most definitely visit this store again.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I really wanted to for Tracey at the Handsworth Wickes branch because the service she gave was genuinely outstanding. From the moment I spoke to her, she was friendly, patient, and happy to help. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed without making me feel rushed.

It's rare to come across customer service like that these days, and she really made my visit to the Handsworth branch a positive experience. Tracey is an absolute credit to the team, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you again for all your help!
