Ashis a great designer he did a great job and ia very good at his job.

Ordered a new kitchen from Wickes - great design service from Ash - very helpful in directing what would fit in the space and how to optimise all areas of tbe kitchen, initial design session was very good - but had to make some big descisions initially, but was was able to change and amend afterwards - home visits from the designer (Ash) and installer (Patrick) were excellent spent plenty of time ensuring design would fit and be suitable. Delivery was straightforward on time and all present - and installation has been superb - exceptional quality and attention to detail - long days but an excellent outcome. Would definitely recommend - A very high quality kitchen installed superbly - thanks

Hi. I went into the store on my own needed 4 pieces of long decking. I took it to the till it was coming up as £8.00. I Spoke to Steve at the till where I picked it up from was showing £7.00 a peice. Steve went out his way to check the price where I picked it up from was very helpful and Spoke to Manager and gave me the price adjusted to £7.00. I found Steve to be very helpful in loading car with the Decking as I was on my own. He made sure he loaded my car Carefully as not to scratch anything. Took his time did not rush me. .I felt so overwhelmed by his service I felt I must write a review. His a Asset to Wickes. Steve made my visit to the store so pleasant that I would like to go back again for any future needs. Thanks Steve. 😊 May God Shower you with Blessings. Ameen. 🤲🏼

22nd July Scarlet helped me with mixer paint. There was a problem getting the right shade to match my tester pot but Scarlet pulled out all the stops and got me what I wanted. She was very friendly and patient and a credit to wickes. Thank you Scarlet.

Visited Wickes in Hall Green twice in two days to get some paint mixed and Eva served me on both days. She was really friendly and very efficient, taking care to ensure I got exactly what I needed and even offering a discount based on damage goods. Exceptional service, thank you Eva!

Purchased fencing materials from your hall green store.. impressed with small charge for delivery.. But I would like to give personal feedback on one off your employees her name was SCARLET…. She was very professional, extremely helpful, pleasant and should be proud to be a member off your team.. heartfelt to staff at the store no air con … thank you

Today I was served by Alicia and Aaron and I must say their professionalism was exempt and they were exemplary examples of good stuff, they were polite, courteous and professional a great asset for Wickes!

If I could give Wickes no stars and still leave a review I would do. Firstly after booking the appointment over 2 weeks ago they changed the time of it without even asking me. Then when the day of the appointment came no one showed up and I got an email 10 minutes after the appointment was due to start to say they were too busy and would need to change it to a different date.

Such poor customer service and has made me not want to use Wickes now so have reached out to other companies who will actually turn up.

Ash , went above and beyond to come out measure and design my kitchen in way I could not have imagined. Kitchen has been fitted and any issues along the way they have helped and advised me.

I would like to thank heather and Aruna for the help I received yesterday I was struggling to find the items I wanted these two helped me no end thank you so much

I went in to hall green store. In search of some new flooring for my living room . I spoke to a lovely member of staff Matt who helped me choose the right product . Very knowledgeable and gave great advice . He even arranged delivery for my purchase as I didn't have transport to get it home

I wanted to return some items, as well as a purchase. Unfortunately on a busy Sunday.
The young chap at the till, Harvey, was so helpful and assisted my wife and I. It was a pleasure to be served by someone so young that didnt just give attitude. The whole experience was stress free

I would like to leave a review for Scarlett, who helped me yesterday at Wickes.
Scarlett was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She helped me with all the heavy items, loading everything up and helping unload it into my car as well. She was positive, smiling the whole time, extremely polite, and genuinely helpful throughout.
What stood out most was her work ethic and attitude. Even while others were standing around talking, Scarlett continued helping without hesitation. I even told her to let some of the lads help her, but she politely replied, “No, no, I can do it,” and carried on.
She is a real credit to Wickes and deserves recognition for her hard work, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Employees like Scarlett are the reason customers come back.

I got my kitchen and installation done through wickes hall green, the whole experience was honestly fantastic, my designer was ash khan, he is truly a talented designer, he came up with a unique way to design my kitchen then helped me throughout my journey, the installers were just as good tbf, will be recommending you guys to everyone

Booked an online home appointment for kitchen & bathroom design but the Wickes rep didn’t turn up. I rang up after an hour or so of waiting and discovered he was still in the store meeting another client, totally ignoring our rebooked meeting with which he was aware. He
Couldn’t even be bothered to ring us up to let us know. Rude and totally unprofessional. Told him we’ll take our business elsewhere. I’m really not sure how he has the audacity to blank a customer in this manner.

We were greeted by Ash when we had our appointment to discuss our new project and he suggested amendments to our initial plans that maximised the use of our small footprint kitchen.
The resultant plan layout and images were very detailed and the time frame for delivery was flexible as we were unsure when needed. In the end there was a long delay between delivery and fitting but Ash was on hand to help with our questions.
We had some surplus items that were returned and credited which was very useful in planning stages.
The instructions were very clear and we managed to do most of the building ourselves. Very pleased with the quality. Overall a very pleasant and cost effective experience.
