Amazing customer support - Jasim
Jasim provided amazing customer support and was very friendly and polite. This was my first time in Wickes, and so he was good help and located what I wanted very quickly. I struggle with walking and Jasim was kind enough to hold the box for me to the counter. I would happily recommend this place to friends and family.

Worker - STAN at Halifax store
Visited looking for a door of an unusual width. STAN at the Halifax store could not have been more helpful. Helped me locate the correct door online, along with accessories I needed like hinges and handles and popped an online order through for me for next day delivery.

Very attentive customer service
We were the first customers to need the store's new custom paint colour mixer. Vicky and the rest of the team were great, very patient with us, and made us the exact thing we were after

The last time visited the Wickes store in Halifax I was served by a gentleman by the name of jasim the young man was very helpful with my inquiry. Nothing was too much trouble for him a big thanks to jasim.

I’ve been a Wickes customer for 30 years and Halifax is the best store for customer service and friendliness . Jasim was very helpful today. Michael , the manager is a gentleman , Sarah is a great help and very knowledgeable and Wasim always goes out of his way to be helpful .

Rude , uncooperative , unprofessional assistant . Bought a trolly load of things for a…
Bought a trolly load of things for a job used my trade card - no prob .
Needed to order some timber to be delivered, another female staff member had to deal with the order .
Could not get the timber code up on line said it did not exist , walked her down to the display stand where she acknowledged I was correct .
Back at the till she asked for my email address , showed her my account on my phone with full details including email .
Not good enough , I had to read it out to her she said .
Did not have my reading glasses with me so was struggling to read it .
She told me to come back with my glasses ?
Left the store and went to Naylor Myers’s where I have an account - no problems there.
You lost over a £ 150 worth of my trade today and any further orders in future thanks to your uncooperative , unprofessional rude assistant . Halifax branch .
