Walked into the store and was greeted by a customer service assistant, Eileen, who enquired to my store needs. On identifying that the product I was after was not available for delivery. Eileen found a suitable alternative item for me, then completed the documentation wich was available for home delivery all without fuss or bother, a very pleasant experience throughout. Well done to Eileen, thank you for your help.

Came in to buy an incinerator bin. Staff very helpful, great service by all and a member of staff also delivered the bin to my car.

We came into store looking for advice and we were helped straight away. The staff were polite and we came away with what we wanted.

Excellent store, always had a superb experience when shopping here. I always use their website to determine what I need in store, and if I can't find it their team are always willing to help! Will shop here again.

Ordered fence panels for delivery for tomorrow. Had a call today to say they no longer had them in stock a wouldn’t be getting any more as they were clearance items. Asked what the alternative is (there is similar/same items still available on their website) but said he wouldn’t be able to send these and presumably I would have to pay the extra for them. Have had to cancel the order and the project for the weekend is now not going to happen. Seeing as this isn’t my error I feel let down by Wickes and the lacking customer service here.

Atul was very professional and clearly knowledgeable about Wicks products. he produced a very helpful 3d image of our project. We are unsure which direction to go but this was a helpful experience.

Atul Patel served as our Planner for the new kitchen project, demonstrating remarkable efficiency in understanding and designing our requirements while remaining flexible to accommodate our specific needs. His expertise and guidance were invaluable throughout the process. Whenever we had questions following our initial consultation, he promptly addressed them via phone or email. During the installation phase, he handled challenges, such as adjusting the kitchen plan to incorporate non-standard fittings, with professionalism and timeliness. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend Wickes Kitchens and our Planner, Atul Patel.

Stephen was exceptionally helpful and I was able to get everything I needed. I felt like I had a personal shopper! Thank you so much Stephen for all your help. Brilliant!

Needed help choosing the right type of paint and the manager, Gavin, was really helpful without making me feel silly about not having a clue.

My mother had her kitchen designed by Elliot, excellent service, would highly recommend him, efficient from start to finish. Shaun the fitter was amazing, the attention to detail was superb, high standard, thank you very much. If you want to purchase a kitchen then she recommends Wickes of Gloucester and Shaun as your fitter, top quality kitchen renovation. She cannot recommend this company enough she loves her new kitchen thanks to Wickes and the team. 5 stars.
