Wickes - Glasgow Recensioni 

Went in to look for a specific size of shiplap that was shown on the website but couldn’t find on the shelves. I spoke to a ladies called Morag who was happy to help. It seemed that the timber I wanted wasn’t on show but morag went on a mission to source it for me and she never let me down. You don’t get that care and attention at b&q so massive well done.
Please make sure Morag gets the recognition she deserves

Daryn has helped us design our new bathroom in our new house. He was not just super helpful and knowledgeable and designed something pretty much exactly as we wanted with our not so great drescriptions! He explained the whole process to us and all our options and was so friendly, patient and kind! Looking forward to install and seeing it all come to life.

Looking for a new kitchen.We had a Idea of what we wanted but we were also looking for advice.We had an appointment with Daryn,who based on what we spoke about, came up with a design.Daryn was very informative and explained everything,he's very good at his job...... have just got the quote, within our budget.C&J

I had my Kitchen fitted by Gordon and his team in Jan/Feb.
I am absolutely delighted with the finished result. Everyone who has seen it has commented on how stunning it looks.
I would like to thank Gordon and Chic for finding ways around any awkward requests I may have had!
David the tiler also did a fantastic job on a challenging floor which slopes in various directions.

From design consultation to delivery and installation our experience of Wickes Glasgow Kitchens was excellent. Designer Kenny made an initial site visit to our home. His subsequent plans demonstrate how he had listened to and made every effort to realise our expectations. Crucially, Kenny was easy to contact and always amenable to design changes before finalising the plans. Fitters Lawrie and William similarly checked in with us throughout the installation ensuring that we were happy with everything at each stage of the job. Their work was to a high standard and any minor snags were swiftly resolved. This was a long process and could have been stressful but given that Wickes provides a complete service, including careful disposal of our old kitchen, it caused minimal disruption in the circumstances. We love our new kitchen (Tiverton Sage) and I highly recommend Wickes.

Just had a new kitchen installed by Wickes and the service and quality has been fantastic. Kenny helped me plan my ideal kitchen and was very knowledgeable about how best to use the space. Smooth process from kitchen design through to installation and everything is really good quality. Kenny was always available if I had any questions.

Our experience of buying our kitchen from wickes was great because we had a great choice, we were left to browse,no pushy sales people, when we made our choice we went to the design consultant Daryn from the London Road, Glasgow store and arranged a home visit to measure up. Daryn designed our kitchen to our specifications and later that day sent us the plan, which we were delighted with, we did have a few tweaks to make and went back to the store to tweak our plan.
The help we received from Daryn in regards to changing things was excellent he was very informative about products and the process wickes provide. Overall our experience was excellent and Daryn was great.

I was in Wickes London Road branch for a battery and charger made by Einhell I was served by a Kenny G. in the store and he couldn't have been more helpful what a very nice guy he is. Anyway we can all moan about customer service so we should be able to praise whenever the occasion arises, so I'm giving praise for a very pleasant in-store experience helped by Kenny G.

I have just had my new kitchen installed. Daryn Williamson was my designer. He was amazing from beginning to the end. I had several queries which he resolved quickly. Nothing was a problem. I can’t praise him enough. Thank you Daryn for all you kindness and patience.

Top marks to Kenny for his help, patience and expertise during the design process. It was amazing to see the plans come to life on the screen. I’m now looking forward to having the kitchen fitted.

When placing an order in the Glasgow store. I required a variation of materials from different sections. The staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating which helped me complete my order with the upmost efficiency. Throughout the process, Ashley helped me with any product enquiries and adjustments to the order before processing and arranging delivery. This particular member of staff is a credit to the company, displaying proficiency with products and exemplary customer service.

Just purchased my new kitchen with Kenny, Absolutely amazing how he could put it all on the screen for me to see before purchasing. Kenny was so patient as i kept changing my mind with colours, handles etc, nothing was a problem to him. Highly recommend Kenny. Thank you so much. I'm excited to see it for real.

He measured and planned exactly as I described I wanted. The full process was stress free thanks to Kenny.

Easy transaction friendly staff

Visited the Glasgow store and worked with Kenny to design a kitchen unit that I was trying to fit into a corner. When I went in I did have an idea of what I was looking for, but nothing was a problem to Kenny. He was happy to put multiple versions on the screen for me and then I would change my mind and he was super good at bringing to life exactly what I was looking for. Just when we thought I was happy and it was all ordered. I then returned the following week to alter the order and again Kenny was able to see me and nothing was a bother. All sorted and now cannot wait for it to arrive. Thank you Kenny for your knowledge of your products as this made my ideas fall into place and work so well and I can’t wait to see it all arrive in real life.

George helped me set up a tradespro account, I wasn't aware of it until he mentioned it and helped me save on my purchases from now on as I come here very often purchaseing materials and tools.

Jackie went out of her way to have an order ready when I forgot my bank card and these guys helped me to put it in van . Patricia summoned a colleague to help me / you do not get this service at another diy chain 5 miles away so guys in the trade get in here and don’t wait valuable time for you materials.

Very impressed with Wickes. I ordered 2 x 2.5lt tins of Crown Easy Clean Paint both colours well priced at £22 each and got it delivered the next day for just £4 total cost £48. The packaging was superb keeping the paint intact in transit and almost all of it was recyclable. Well done Wickes. I'll be using you again. Review added before I was even asked. Thanks.
