From the moment I decided to get a new fitted kitchen Martin Shaw from the London road branch in Glasgow was amazing nothing was to much bother for him highly recommend.He then paired me with Liam the kitchen fitter who was also amazing his work rate was superb didn't stop all day 👏👏👏

We recently had our bathroom designed and installed by Wickes Glasgow. Overall the bathroom now installed is fabulous with high quality products and superb installation by Kevin Brady the Wickes approved installer. The design that Terri came up with was very stylish and she was a big help in the design process. The finished bathroom looks exactly as designed and we are delighted with the outcome. The only hiccup that stops us giving a 5 star review was the deliveries of the products. Wickes use a decentralised supply chain that meant instead of receiving one large delivery (as suggested by their you tube vides) we received the deliveries direct from the suppliers. We had 8 planned deliveries (that was already too many), but with wrong items, damaged items, items arriving without suitable protective packaging we ended up with over 14 plus a delay in the installation. If Wickes could improve on this aspect then it would be 5 stars from us.

I wanted to thank Kenny at Wickes,he was very profesdional,kind and allowed us time to pick our dream kitchen.He was very understanding of my situation.My husband is very immosupressed after going through a stem cell transplant.He made to experience comfortable for us.I also liked how Kenny explaned our options and showed us designs on the computer.Thankyou again Kenny will highly recommend you to family friends and colleagues in the NHS Cheers Mr and Mrs Berry

Kenny was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process, he was incredibly patient and always happy to answer any questions and offer advice.

We would recommend Kenny and Wickes Glasgow to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

We had Daryn out to measure up our kitchen and he created a design for us exactly how we wanted it. He went through the whole design with us and made sure we were happy with everything. I would 100% recommend Daryn to anyone looking to replace their kitchen!

This is an update cocernning my new kitchen. The whole Experience has been hurrendous. Despite all the necessary paperwork being submitted I still dont have a date. Totally and utterly unacceptable. Dominic Is supposed to be dealing with this. He has done NOTHING. im still left with a kitchen I CANT FULLY UTILIZE. ITS NOW OVER 7 WEEK.
IM UPSET, ANGRY, FRUSTRATED. NO-BODY SEEMS IN ANY HURRY TO GET THIS RESOLVED. AFTER ALL NONE OF THIS IS OF MY DOING. IF I DONT GET A DATE IN THE NEXT 48HRS I WILL CONTACT DAVID WOOD CEO AT HEAD OFFICE AND THE OMBUDSMAN. UTS AN ABOLUTTE DISGRACE

Would highly recommend Kenny at Wickes, London Road, Glasgow. He could not have been more helpful and intuitive in designing a bathroom that I am absolutely thrilled with. He made it all so easy for me. Wickes have an amazing range of bathrooms, parts and accessories to choose from, all of which can be mixed and matched. Just brilliant!

Kenny was excellent from start to finished even went extra mile to get me the handles I was wanting as these were discontinued in his shop. I would highly recommend kenny as a designer . Thanks kenny x

Today we had a lovely experience in wickes with my husband, we're building a shed and one of the managers, Scott was so happy and helpful at helping us choose timber. Will be back!

Ordered a new kitchen and Kenny was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and friendly and a pleasure to work with. The process was also super fast and seamless. Definitely recommend - Kenny is a credit to Wickes!

I was very pleased with my visit to wicks i was in just looking for a new kitchen and I had seen one I like so I approached Kenny and asked him for some advice and he was excellent and very helpful in everyday answered all my question very promptly then when I was satisfied I asked him could come and measure up for me so got a date then Kenny phoned to come back to view my plan with him and he was fantastic just a few tweaks here and there and he was more than satisfied to help he was brilliant he didn't push me into a sale gave me time to think about it and I got back to him and decided to go with Kenny and kitchen as he was so brilliant and very helpful.

Recently had Daryn Williamson from the Glasgow store out to measure and design for my kitchen. Daryn was extremely helpful and professional and we were very happy to go ahead and purchase our new kitchen. Would definitely recommend Daryn and Wickes to family and friends. Still to have a few building project completed before having my kitchen installed but hopefully this will be completed soon.

Had Kenny out to measure up my kitchen then went into Wickes in Glasgow. Kenny was brilliant made everything really easy and was helpful with moving things around, taking cupboards out and changing the layout and position of sink etc. Also he helped me carry every door, splash back and flooring in the Sofia kitchen and was patient while I made up my mind

I had an idea of what I wanted when getting an ensuite bathroom replaced but the experience from talking through the options right through to how it was installed was a lot better that I expected. Every detail was met and even when I wanted to change something it was no problem. Great customer service from the designer that helped me design and choose the products through to the company that installed it. Excellent and really pleased. Thanks

Kenny, the kitchen designer has been fantastic through the whole process. The changes I made at the design stage was absolutely no trouble to him. He was just great and I can’t thank him enough. The kitchen arrived on the day it was meant to, nothing was missing Gordon Menzies and Campbell the kitchen fitters arrived exactly when they said they would. I have indoor cats and they were so respectful, ensuring doors were closed, they were very respectful of my home overall. During the course of the fit, they would get me in to check how I would like things to be fitted. The end result of my kitchen is fantastic, everything is so well done and I am delighted with the end result. I can’t thank Kenny, Gordon and Campbell enough and also Alison who came up to check how everything was going. The whole Wicks service, from Kenny, the Service Team, the delivery chaps, Gordon and Campbell to the old kitchen being removed has been superb. Thanks so much.

Having looked at several kitchen companies we settled on Wickes after meeting Terri (our design consultant) at the firms Glasgow store, who took us through the whole process with a friendly professional approach. We are delighted with the final result which was installed expertly by L M Joiners. They were super efficient and a pleasure to have working on our new kitchen.

Full Bathroom design and renovation.

From the moment Kenny helped us navigate the design process and help accommodate our specific project timelines to the point the Wickes subcontractor trades team from AMG renovations left on Friday the service has been great. Communication was prompt, information clear, quality of workmanship great and importantly delivered within the agreed timescales. Honestly couldn't fault Kenny and the AMG team.

Been to wickes for a kitchen desighn and had the pleasure of meeting kenny who desighned out kitchen to the exact way we wanted it after me changing my mind several times he had the patience of a saint with me would recomend kenny 100% to turn your dreams into reality !!
