Wickes - Dunstable Recensioni 

I lost my Tesco's Club card while at the tills last week.Marie looked me up on Facebook and sent me a message to let me know they had my card in the store.

I visited Wickes Dunstable today to by some screws. Marie served me on the till what a delight so friendly helpful and patient to help me download the Wickes app as well. It makes such a difference when staff are helpful and friendly. I use the store regularly and I am never disappointed.

Had the pleasure of speaking to Marie while in the Dunstable store this week. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She was able to point me in the right direction with a smile and a cheerful goodbye as I left the store once I finished my purchase. The store was well maintained, tidy and looked as though it had good availability. I will definitely be back!

Marie is always smiling and always happy to help and order stock in if needed

I went to buy some push fittings with an about 12 items on the list I asked Jack to help me and he was very friendly and very helpful got an excellent service from Jack . Which I have not experienced from other staff from this store . I am regular here

Stepping into Wickes, I was a little hesitant as I was searching for blue-light suppressant bulbs and wasn’t entirely sure what I needed. I was quickly blindsided by the huge variety of bulbs on display, and it all felt a bit overwhelming at first. Thankfully, the security guard pointed me in the direction of Jake — and I’m so glad he did.

What a genuinely pleasurable young man. Jake was attentive, patient, and incredibly helpful from the moment he approached. Not only did he listen carefully to what I was looking for, but he also went the extra mile when my phone ran out of battery mid-search. He took it upon himself to do the research for me, comparing options and ultimately recommending a bulb that differed from my initial choice but was much closer to the specifications I actually needed.

Throughout the interaction, Jake was informative, friendly, and reassuring. He explained the technical details in a way that made sense, and he ensured I felt comfortable and confident about my purchase. His recommendation turned out to be better value for money as well, which was an unexpected bonus. I walked away feeling far less stressed and far more informed than when I arrived.

Jake is an asset to the company, and I would gladly recommend that he be given further training or apprenticeship opportunities to grow and enhance his skills. He has the right attitude, professionalism, and customer-care instinct to go far. I truly hope management recognises his potential and helps develop this impressive young man.

I ordered 10 sheets of OSB for collection.
When I arrived to collect my order it was all ready for me on a trolly. The only problem was the sheets were alot bigger than I imagined. When I expressed concern about the size, Jack, who brought out the trolly, immediately offered to help me load my vehicle. Thank you Jack for all your help.

What makes the difference to my customer experience is the people I deal with. Marie and Clive were both super. Clive helped me with an electrical replacement part and could not have been more helpful. Marie was on the checkout... she was fast, efficient and friendly... top marks wickes ...

Your staff Marie at the till was very kind.She made sure that I dint carry heavy bucket of paint. She asked someone to help me, I refused initially as didnt want to bother anyone but she managed to find someone to help. I thought she went out of her way to help me. She wasn't aware but I had pain in my wrist and she unknowingly did a great favour to me. I have been to store few times now and she is always very kind amd helpful. I wanted to send her a thankyou card and some chocolates but managed to find a better way to say thankyou by giving her a review.

We went to Wicks in Dunstable on Sat morning and even though your staff member was busy doing a pick she assured us she would be back to us in a few minutes and she did just that . We had tried many other places like The Range and Homebase ect for the paint we wanted and after buying so many different match pots we still could not get it right and there was no help available in the other stores . Julia came to the rescue when we went to Wicks and advised us on the colour we were trying to get and she did a fantastic job doing that . We decided to get a colour made and Julia made us confident with choice by showing us the colour on the screen and advising us from the picture we gave her . Wicks Stores all need a Julia working for them as she is a credit to the company with her attentive manner and such a happy person . Well done Julia you have made us decide when we need anything in the future not to try other stores just go to Wicks . Thank you for your time Julia it was a pleasure dealing with you .
