How bad was that visit? Guy on the tills would have been better not even being there, never looked at me once, never said hello, never said thanks and never said bye.

Couldn’t have been less interested, less motivated, less interested in anything, never mind customer service.

The worst experiences I’ve had in this store

Hi, I don't normally write reviews but on this occasion I will make an exception. I had a home visit to have my kitchen measured-up by Scott Lorimer from your Wickes store in Dundee. I have already had a different company in my home to do the same, but the difference was unbelievable! Scott's approach was far more professional and definitely FAR MORE thorough than the previous company's "expert". He was able to give his input and ideas on important design and lay-out aspects that neither my wife nor myself had ever thought of. Scott is a thoghrouly professional expert and a massive credit to your company. Thank you once again Scott.

The designer Jon was great, absolutely no complaints about him. HOWEVER, after Wickes took our full payment upfront (mandatory) we were then in the hands of their install team. After weeks of not hearing from their ‘appointed installer’ their answer was that I should keep chasing them!!! Still havent had any contact. Absolutely dire customer service so I guess I’ll try and get a refund.

Tiegan provided an excellent service, she was able to recommend stock for items at other branches (on my route home) that I had bought the last units of in Dundee. Thank you!

Visited the store on Saturday 14 March, to purchase some timber, and was served my team member (Tiegan), who was very cheery, friendly, and helpful, turn my bad start to the day into a great day.

Tiegan seved me in the Dundee store yesterday. She is a credit to the company and it is no surprise thr suicide charity is getting lots of donations because of her!

Was served by a lovely girl called Caitlin.
She was polite and very helpful. She also helped me with my TradePro account

once I had selected the goods I required I was attended to by Caitlin at the checkout desk and was very helpful with the process of signing up for the trade card.makes a good start to the day with interaction with pleasant helpful staff.

The honesty kitchen person was very good, left with a lot more knowledge, some products very pricey, but overall impressive conclusion was satisfying.

Great service from Caitlin in Dundee. She was really helpful and organised our complex order for delivery.

We gave Jon a brief for our utility/bootroom which was not quite a kitchen, so something different for him. We had a clear idea of what we wanted but Jon brought it to life with his clever design thought process, in particular the bootroom lockers and how we could achieve the look we really wanted. Jon was super helpful and great to work with, Wickes is lucky to have him! I now can’t wait to see our room completed but the drawings Jon created are brilliant and have been great to refer to for us picking finishing touches and will be vital for us at build stage.

We were greeted by Jon when we went to look at kitchens. He showed us the various design options and explained the difference between the various worktops. When he visited our home he listened to all that we wanted in our new kitchen and also made suggestions re fittings that we hadn't thought about. Jon also suggested a slight alteration to the layout that will make a huge difference to our kitchen. It was amazing and will give us more storage space. We now hope the fitting matches the excellent design work and professionalism from Jon.

Consultant called 15 mins before the appt to confirm. The nearest wicks store is over half an hour away. When I replied she then asked if I needed catalogues. She could have called the day before or first thing that day instead of 15 minutes before. All in all poor service. If I had accepted she would have been 45 minutes late. Very unprofessional.

Jon was so helpful he did a great job of designing our bathroom if you are looking to buy a new kitchen or bathroom go to Jon at Wicks.

The staff are extremely helpful especially Caitlin and I’m happy with the products I bought.
