Wickes - Dartford Recensioni 

I had the pleasure of being helped by the Lauren today at Dartford wickes; I was needing some drills and screws etc for a personal diy project and found that she is so helpful in helping me find what I needed and more.
The customer service satisfaction was up to standard.
So nice to see the next generation being helpful, Coto's to you.

Great customer service from Frank and Mike. They spent a long time trying to help me out with paint and it was really appropriated!

Very impressed with Wickes (Dartford). From the initial design meeting with Karen Gordon to the finished installation by Tom Prime, everything was dealt with in a friendly, professional manner and I am very pleased with my new shower room and bathroom. It was finished on time and to a high standard.

I was expecting a delivery from Wickes that unfortunately couldn’t be delivered. Whilst this is still the case the understanding from Ethan the duty manager was really good. He also followed up with honest and clear reasons. Even though I will have to order elsewhere Ethan’s professional behaviour will definitely have me coming back to Wickes Dartford

Came to the store for a few bits, Kelly helped out a lot. Great service, one of the better shops.

Frank was very helpful and patient, not sure why he kept blinking/winking though.

I went to buy sealant, then my husband asked me to get some laminate flooring we had been discussing. I was unable to manage so I asked for assistance. Ayub was called and immediately helped me pick, load in a trolley, then after I paid for my items, loaded them all (there were 9 heavy packs) into my car.
It was the cashier (I’ve forgotten his name, unfortunately,) who asked that I give a review and put Ayub’s name on the Trust pilot card. When I told Ayub, he suggested mentioning the cashier also! What great and supportive staff, nice teamwork!!! They did all of this, not knowing at the time, that I am registered disabled. Thank you so much Wickes, Dartford for outstanding customer service! This was my very first, of what will now be, many visits!!! Thank you!

My partner and I webt to visit B&Q Dartford a couple of times this week and recieved incrediblly poor service.
Wickes Dartdord was a completely different experience. The staff were friendly, available to hear our questions and very helpful in guiding us to the products we needed. The store was also far neater and easy to navigate.
This will definitely be our first port of call in the future.

This is the second install from Wickes Dartford.
We have already had a brilliant bathroom overhall which went very well and now it is the turn of the kitchen.
Again Karen at this store did a brilliant job of making our ideas work and she also made a few good suggestions which worked well.
We retained all but one appliance which we replaced through Wickes, a overhead cooker extractor AEG.
We kept the layout the same mostly because of the family we have and the need to keep things simple.
We really loved the worktops, minerva copper fleck and under mounted one and a half sink, Maris coffee.
The splash backs were matching to the worktops and we opted for premium interlocking flooring with underlay which is really good and works well day to day.
All the units were Tiverton Bone and went so well with the other choices.
Our boiler was boxed in to match cupboards
All walls were replastered.
The install was done by Kasey Sommerville who managed to add some brilliant finishing touches on site to aid the overall look.
Overall very happy with a kitchen that works well for our family day to day.

I contacted the Dartford store in relation to a total kitchen refurbishment and spoke to Karen. She arranged to visit our property and measured up and then we attended the store to discuss our options.
Karen was patient and spent a lot of time with us discussing our ideas and how they could improved and with her guidance we obtained a kitchen that exceeded our expectations
The kitchen was delivered on the agreed date and the delivery team took care and time to store it at our premises ready for the kitchen fitters to start work
Any questions or queries we had about the kitchen were answered quickly and professionally by Karen or the Customer Services team which led to a seamless and stress free process
We are delighted with the kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Karen and Wickes if you are looking for any type of kitchen renovation

Great customer service ⭐️.A few days ago I was served at the till by Ayub who was also kind enough to help load all the stones I bought onto my car. 10/10 experience thank you 😁

Went to the Dartford branch for cobblestones for my garden. A member of staff called Frank was fantastic. He helped me load the bags on a trolley & came out to my car as they were really heavy. So grateful to Frank as it only took me 10 mins to get exactly what I wanted, thank you.

Always use the Dartford store and Matt always goes above and beyond. All of the staff and managers are very helpful and friendly so highly recommend this store

Always receive an excellent service from the staff at Dartford Wickes. On most visits I’ve already checked they have what I want in stock or they are always happy to suggest another store if it’s urgent!

Wonderful service from the staff at Wickes - Dartford. My husband and i were on a hunt for any form of relief from the hot weather and although we dont frequent wickes, we thought we would give it a go.

On arrival we felt very welcome and the store was very open and easy to navigate. Unfortunately we were unable to find what we were looking for.

Feeling defeated, we asked a member of staff (the young lady with tattoos) unfortunatley i didnt catch her name. She went above and beyond to help myself and my husband and managed to locate an air cooling unit for us. Not only did she check everywhere to locate it for us but she went a step further and also helped us to our car with the heay unit. Her willingness to help was more than appreciated by us oldies, especially in the heat we have been expereincing.

As previously mentioned we dont usually shop at wickes but customer service like that makes a real difference and is the reaosn we will be returning to dartford wickes. Thankyou!

I come to wickes in Dartford to grab a few last bits to finish a job. I was served by a very polite lady called Lauren who was also very helpful in guiding me to some things I couldn’t find!

I am sorry to say i have never had an experience like this ,There was no introductions when we first arrived ,which i found incredibly rude and not a great start to our experience with wickes i was actually getting ready to walkout with in the first 5 minutes ,we are at the start of a full renovation of a 2 bed bungalow.it would have been nice if we was asked about what we wanted and wanted to achieve ,which never happened,it was so impersonal ,there was 2 clear screens (covid measures)between us and karen,there was a plastic barrier behind where we was seated leaning up against a partitition wall ,some wooden edging on the floor.A very poor introduction to wickes services which has resulted in us not wanting to pursue any further journey with wickes.I am sorry for the Blunt review but for some one who is looking to spend a lot of money for a kitchen.I believe in leaving good fred back for good service ,i very rarely leave negative feed back but in this case i feel i must .
