I had a great experience in the Wickes Crawley store. I was unsure exactly what I needed but a very friendly member of staff helped me get the right materials! Thank you Wickes Crawley

Our lovely new Wickes bathroom has just been completed to a really high standard by the Wickes approved installers. Richard Sheriden at the Crawley branch was very patient and helpful, ensuring the project went to plan and our installers, MM Perfect Ltd, were highly skilled, professional and friendly with great attention to detail.

Marchela Chamberlain is my design consultant at Wickes Crawley.
A very professional, approachable and very experienced designer in her field. She has made the start of my journey for a new kitchen stress free and she listens to what you want intently. She suggests things you may not of considered but in no way pushy. She has been a delight to work with and a brilliant ambassador for your company. Always a smile, sense of humour and very polite. I look forward to the kitchen completion with confidence.

Always helpful and tidy when I come to this branch. Click and collected an order which was ready fast and a staff member helped me load it into my car. Five stars all round!

We recently had an excellent experience with our bathroom re-fit via the Crawley store. Our design consultant Richard Sheriden was great to work with - always very responsive and knowledgeable about the products. We walked into our first appointment not really knowing what we wanted and he gave us some good ideas and appealing price points - he made it all seem simple! We came up with a beautiful design in the first meeting and then everything else happened very quickly and seamlessly, with minimal effort on our part. Our brilliant fitters did a fantastic job and completely transformed our very tired and old-fashioned bathroom in less than two weeks. Every aspect of the project was taken care of and we are so happy with the finished product - we would highly recommend.

We had to load 20 bags of cement and Aiden done it with pleasure and did not mind at all so this just shows how good Wickes is treating their staff because they carry that out to their customers.

Marchela Chamberlain at Wickes Crawley is a wizard when it comes to design. Having thought we needed to choose between bath or walk in shower we now have both in our beautiful new bathroom. Thank you so much

Great experience with ordering and installation of the new kitchen. Designer (Paulina) was very helpful, attentive and creative in accomodating our kitchen needs. Installer (Marcin) did a great job with fitting. There was a small issue with the missing parts delivery but that was resolved promptly.

When we visited Wickes in Betts Way , Crawley we were greeted by John Gillam the Bathroom designer. He put us at ease straight away with his friendly manner. When he came to our property to survey and design our bathroom etc, he handled it with professionalism, and continued through until the time of completion of the project.

Ordered a kitchen with Wickes back in May, arrived in July for which we requested. Kitchen arrived, checked the boxes and units, appeared to all be there. When putting the corner larder unit together, our kitchen fitter noted that Wickes had sent 3 'C' style shelves instead of 1 'C' and 2 'D'. Both shelves are the same size hence why we did not know they were wrong plus we are not kitchen fitters to know the difference.
Phoned Wickes on the 10th of August, originally told 3-5 working days, then had an email confirming they would arrive on the 23rd of August, not ideal as can't continue with the kitchen installation, phoned customer service, on the 24th as they hadn't arrived to be told that they were despatched on the 23rd and would arrive on the 28th. It's now the 31st and we're still waiting. We've had to postpone the plumbers, electricians and floor layers as the shelves are part of the corner unit structure. What a joke! Stay away from Wickes. On a positive note, the corner unit is a better design than Howdens but not worth the hassle and expense.

The professionalism and standard of work was superb from start to finish. John Gilliam at Crawley Wickes was very helpful with regards to ordering everything and with the survey. The sub contractor that installed the new bathroom were very competent and clean and tidy, and the finished product is absolutely perfect.

We came in a little lost with all the different types of wood but Shirl came to our rescue helping us to navigate through the various types and helped us with suggestions for what would possibly suit best.

Shirl was helpful and patient, as we had a lot of items at different prices. I also paid with blue light card vouchers which took a bit longer. Thankyou for your help

Marchela Chamberlain who designed our kitchen, has been fantastic. Very professional, clearly knows what she is doing, is very experienced and very good at her job. I definitely feel I can trust her to make our kitchen project go smoothly.

Actually l was quite shocked by Shirley who served us at the till. She dared use the words 'please and thank you'. We have been using Wickes since it opened and we have an un house joke as to how many of your in particular younger staff have the inability to use common manners. Shirley, "thats £18
00 please....others it goes something like "that's firty pand". Sad really and you really are the worse trade store for it. Won't stop us using you though.

I visited the store at 11.19 am today to purchase 2 bags of item 285252. There was no problem until I got to the till. There was one lady on, and the queue was getting rather long, so she called for assistance. A girl arrived, and went to till 3, and so did I. She scanned the barcodes and said '£20.00' (no please), so I entered my card details, and she slammed the receipt down on the desk (no thank you). What a discourteous piece of work she was.

We were thoroughly pleased with our kitchen refit from start to finish. John Gillam was excellent in his design advice right from designing our kitchen and then helping with our choice of appliances, tiling and flooring. Our kitchen installer was Krasen from Renohaus. His skills and workmanship were of the highest standard. I would strongly recommend Wickes and also Krasen from Renohaus.

If you want an amazing bathroom, go and see John Gillam at Wickes. He designed our bathroom in a way that we'd never have thought, was patient and always on hand to deal with any queries. Their preferred installer, SB Building Solutions were nothing short of incredible and their attention to detail is unrivaled. The result is a beautiful and modern bathroom that we can't help stand back and admire every time we are upstairs. Thank you John, thank you SB, thank you Wickes!

The service team in Crawley store are so friendly, helpful and cheerful! Made my shopping experience delightful. Nick was especially helpful with his paint knowledge and recommendations. I’ll definitely be back!

First time going to the Crawley store and there was a very rude women on the till called Julia,swearing under her breath, serving people and when I asked was she happy in her job,I was told to if I didn't like it to shop elsewhere ,Never again
