Just a heads up to advise that the Crown Paints Manager in Corby on the day said he knew nothing about it and I should go to Wickes. As it happens the pallet of paint for distribution was 5 feet from where he was standing. When I got the call from Luke the next day the lady was able to help immediately.

Friendly professional service
I had an issue with some paint, I asked the store representative (Shirley) for some help and she was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. A credit to Wickes, thank you for a positive experience.

Above and beyond the call of duty
Above and beyond the call of duty, Jake Charles came to our house at a time that suited us (6pm) and measured up, the end design was much better than expected that totally maximised the space and gave us ideas that we would never have thought of…. An asset to the company and a great person to talk to and walk you through the whole process!

Terrible experience
Kitchen fitter didn't discuss issues that arose during fitting so the kitchen was left finished to a poor standard.
When we brought the issues up to Wickes there was no offer to resolve, instead they were argumentative and sided with the fitter.

Continued delays
Continued delays, non existent communication and incompetence. Regret ever instructing Wickes - shambles of a company who have delayed kitchen installation date TWICE leaving me and my two young children with a gutted, unusable kitchen for five weeks now and still no closer to knowing if installation will ever take place. Exploring legal action in obtaining full refund as Wickes have failed to deliver any of the agreed contract.

Wickes is only a mile away from my house ,I also work alot local so I find almost everything I need from wickes, the staff are very nice and always helpful, would like to say also one day was very windy day I had big boards to load Tina has saw me struggling and she came out to help me loading big thanks to Tina I shell never forget that day and thanks to all the staff at wickes .

Rubbish service
Arrived at Wickes around 17.30 to buy 50 bricks to finish off a job. Checked before I arrived and the web page showed 400 in stock. The pallet was empty in store but when I asked for a pallet of bricks to be brought around I was told the forklift driver was unavailable and to come back tomorrow morning? I arrived at 9.30 am on Saturday to be told that the bricks had in fact been mislabeled and there was none in stock. What a waste of time.

Bathroom DIY Project
As a DIY project, we needed advice and ideas about our new bathroom. We saw STEVE COOK for a free design appointment. He was so helpful and gave us ideas that we had not thought of. He was very patient too. The next day we got our 360 view of the proposed design and a quote for all materials. Absolutely superb service.

Quick to take my money
Quick to take the money but not willing to know afterwards had expensive bathroom fitted then had issues with some of the work afterwards and they didn't want to know actually blamed myself for the issues I wish I would have gone somewhere else
