Wickes - Cheltenham Recensioni 

Good experience this morning. Needed screw head covers amongst other things. Dawn went to the trouble of seeking them out - very helpful!

My dealings with Wickes have gone very smoothly and efficiently, overall I am very happy.

Had a wonderful experience with the InStore Salesperson (Caitlin at Cheltenham). She helped walk us through the designs and we were able to see some of the items in store too. She was paitent and offered some good insights as to what typically works well with regards to some of the componants and their compatability. Thus far, the experience has been great. The real test will be when the bathroom is installed and how that turns out.

Good service in store, staff efficient, friendly and not ‘pushy’. Displays make selections easy.

Dale was great - listened to our needs, understood the limitations and made some great suggestions that we wouldn’t have considered. A really great service both design visit and in-store.

Had my consultation with Caitlin from the Cheltenham branch she was so lovely and chatty and made me feel very welcome ,I went away with my dream kitchen thanks to caitlin I couldn’t of asked for a better member of staff so thankyou wickes Cheltenham!!

Outrageous and offensive dealings with the store at Cheltenham.
I only received 26 boxes of tiles from an order of 27.
As soon as I realised the discrepancy, I contacted customer services by phone and was assured that this would be resolved. Unfortunately I had to contact customer services a 2nd time as no action was taken to resolve this issue.
I have now received an email that says I definitely received 27 boxes, as if I would be likely to try to gain one box of tiles costing just over £16!
All I want is the order that I paid for but that seems to be beyond Wickes.

Awful customer service... Had a kitchen designed by Curtis in the Cheltenham branch. He came to measure the kitchen. He measure 30cm bigger than it actually was, so was unable to have the breakfast bar. Also, forgot to allow for the washing machine, the exising doorway and heater, Got hold of him eventually and he said he would sort it out. heard nothing back from him and his email was say 'out of the office' or 'away on annual leave'. I cancelled a couple of items before they were delivered but they were delivered two weeks later and he will not refund. Arranged pick up date for the worktop and didn't turn up. I spoke to a lovely chap then who organised a pick up straight away. Apart from this, no one else was interested at all. Have received a refund for some of it, apparently on the finance. However, I don't know what he has refunded. I have asked repeatedly for a list, so that I can match it with the photo's but have had no reply again. I have totally lost confidence with hime and his professionalism has at best, been very poor. I would avoid...

Thanks to Atul Patel at the Cheltenham store for sourcing the parts I needed to stop my shower leaking. All working fine now. Great service

Was really please with how easy Dale O'Gorman at the Cheltenham store made picking out my new Kitchen for me he was very helpful and was able to give me very good advise to get the maximum use of space in my small kitchen will be recommending Wicks in Cheltenham to buy your new Kitchen to Family and Friends Thank you Dale first class service

Fantastic customer service

After my initial disappointment of being one shelf down as app had not been updated; I was blown away by Macey’s professionalism and excellent customer service to ensure there was a unit at another store for me to reserve and purchase today!

Good advice as I was looking for possible kitchen/bathroom refurbishment.
Helpful staff.

I've been a Wicks customer for many years, and have had numerous things delivered, but this debacle will mean that I'll go elsewhere in future.
I ordered three fence panels and two tiling boards from you online.
I booked the 29th of August and took time off to receive the items and install them.
I received a text from City Sprint to say the items would be with me between 7 am and 12 noon.
I have two very reactive dogs and my neighbour has two dogs that are also reactive/aggressive. So, I had made arrangements with him to keep the dogs in so we could replace the existing panels as soon as the new ones arrived.
I waited from 7 am to 12:30 with no contact. The tracking App did not work.
At 12:30 I rang your utterly useless Customer service line and received no other help than being told by a bored young man to use the tracking app, which wasn't working and then he suggested ringing the Cheltenham store. I rang the Store. A bewildered-sounding young woman told me to use the Tracking App. Again, I explained it was not working. She then said she could confirm the items were dispatched that morning. Which I have learnt was a lie to get me off the
phone.
At 5:17 pm I got an email from Wicks saying the City Sprint van had broken down and I would get my items on the 30th. An entire work holiday day wasted.
I did get a text saying that the items had finally been picked up from the Cheltenham store at 4:15 on the 30th - so your staff member had lied to me about that.
I also then received an email from Wicks asking for my customer feedback. You can guess what that consisted of.
The items finally turned up at 7:21 pm on the 30th. Oh, and I received a text from City Sprint saying they had been delivered and I had signed for them - I did not sign for them. The surly delivery driver from City Sprint didn’t even speak.
Your delivery service is an utter shambles. I was lied to and fogged off by staff members and items almost 30 hours late. With no apology or offer of compensation, no customer service.
I will not be ordering items on line from you again. I will go to B&Q or other DIY providers than put up with this ridiculous balls-up.
