Ordered a totally new bathroom and fitting. It was a great experience from start to finish. From Tony at Chelmsford planning and helping with ideas and talking us through the process to the follow up customer services making sure we were satisfied with the completed installation. All were professional and reliable and made it a great experience. I would recommend them.

DO NOT BUY A KITCHEN!! Tony’s aftercare is crap, his quick enough to respond to get the order through but his aftercare is absolutely useless, he measured my kitchen out for me and didn’t fit to plan so I have a unit over, I needed other units to which I waited for them to be delivered and there was the wrong units so I have extra units, I specified a certain cutlery draw to which I didn’t get, I told him at the start I didn’t need a tap but still got it and cost £180! I need a replacement door and no one is getting back to me after weeks of chasing! I definitely would not of used them and after what I’ve heard from many people, it’s true, there useless! I only use the purely for the 0% finance but in all honesty I wish I’d got a loan and went Howdens as there units and aftercare is second to none!

You keep saying about looking into it on all my reviews but no one has contacted me as I’m sure you could find out who I am and phone me to discuss!! Jokers! I will continue to make people aware of you 💯

I can't rate Anthony Marshall, kitchen designer highly enough. He has been extremely supportive and kept me updated every step of the process.
Would never use anyone other than Anthony and will be referring friends and family in the future ☺️.

We had Anthony Marshall from the Chelmsford branch design our kitchen. He was extremely helpful and even came round to the house twice to double check and give us advice on something that we weren’t sure about. Anthony was so knowledgeable with our never ending questions, always quick to email back or call us. We changed our plans slightly just before delivery and again this was no problem. Anthony had ideas for the kitchen that we would never have thought of ourselves. We had another company design a kitchen for us, but Anthony’s was far superior. I can’t explain how helpful and friendly Anthony was from start to finish, he really put us at ease every step of the way and really couldn’t do enough to help us.

Extremely happy with my new kitchen. Installation completed much quicker than expected, and with no problems. Thanks to Anthony the designer and Tom the installer.

Good quality kitchen Neil the designer easy to talk to, a few hic cups on route, due delivery completely cancelled because something was added on but only for a week, one worktop missing which was a bit annoying which was out of stock but got substituted so hob could be fitted until worktop that I had picked arrived, two cupboard catches wrong size, now have right size, fitters brillliant can’t fault them,started and did a amazing job very pleased with end result

The service we had with our designer Emily was exceptional she is a credit to your company and would highly recommend her. Also the fitters were excellent. Delivery was on time. The whole process from start to finish has run smoothly.
