My organisation applied for wickes community stock donations it was very easy to do and Laura was extremely helpful and flexible with the collections would highly recommend and when I collected the till staff was very helpful and friendly

Made an appointment for 3pm on Sunday.
Cancelled all my plans, no one showed up.

Called the Chadwell Heath branch he was meant to be coming from several times. No one picked up.

Not sure how serious they are about new business, but have already left a very bad taste

Absolute Nightmare: Incompetent Service, Undelivered Goods, and Thousands Lost

If you are considering buying a kitchen from Wickes, turn around and walk away. Buying a kitchen worth thousands of pounds from them has turned into an absolute disaster that has cost me thousands of pounds in wasted fees and left my home completely unusable.
We ordered a complete kitchen worth thousands of pounds. When the delivery day arrived, Wickes delivered only some of the kitchen.
The sequence of failures that followed is unacceptable:
Broken Promises & Zero Communication: The remaining items of our kitchen was promised for delivery on 31st July. That date came and went without a word from Wickes. I was forced to chase them down weeks later just to get a basic update on where my order was which is another month away.
Costly Installer Delays: My kitchen fitter was already scheduled and on-site to start installation. I could not cancel or reschedule at the last minute without losing the advance deposit. Because Wickes failed to deliver the components on time, my fitter was left standing in a house with only half a kitchen to build.
Extensive Delays: When Wickes finally responded, they casually informed us that it would take another full month to deliver the rest of the kitchen.
Severe Financial Loss: Due to Wickes’ failure to fulfill their order and their complete lack of proactive notice, I have now lost £2,500 in non-refundable fitter deposits paid in advance.
Wickes took thousands of pounds for a product they failed to deliver, offered zero communication when they missed their deadline, and their incompetence has directly cost me £2,500 out of my own pocket.
Avoid Wickes kitchen design and delivery services at all costs unless you want half a kitchen, non-existent customer support, and massive financial losses.

Massive thank you to Wickes Chadwell Heath for providing us with metal shelving units to help get our storage space better organised. I had a really positive experience with Sultan at Wickes. From the start, he listened carefully to my requirements, understood the issues ie I really disliked current kitchen and wanted more cupboard space utilising unused areas, and created a compact kitchen design that makes excellent use of the available space. He provided great advice on materials and appliance sizes, which was invaluable. Sultan worked closely with my excellent building team, both he and Asif were very helpful with on-site purchases and responded quickly to any queries or supplier issues (not Wickes’ fault). The result is a fantastic kitchen that is both practical and stylish—I’m over the moon with it and friends and family love it too. I would highly recommend Sultan and Wickes.

I don’t usually write reviews, however, after initial scepticism with Wickes and what they offered, I thought it was only right to put a review.

So from the start, the initial designer came in to take measurements of the room, we were getting a new bathroom fitted, the designer was Chahrazade from the Chadwell Heath branch, she went through all the steps and process of what we were paying.

Then the builders came in to let us know potential expenses which we knew would creep up. I have to say the builders impressed with their work, and the manager at the branch, Asif, was amazing in product knowledge and making sure everything ran as smoothly as possible.

The results have been amazing and it allows us to pay for a luxury bathroom on a monthly payment after an initial deposit! We went all out as we thought may as well!

Sadat the installer was a fantastic tradesman and contrary to the saying was a master of all and the work was of the highest standard
