Paid a visit to Carlisle this morning with a small toilet cistern problem.
Alice was very attentive and helped solve my problem very quickly.

Elliot was a fantastic designer. Very nice personable experience. Extremely quick and adept with all the software and understood exactly the style and finishe we were after. The process and communication was excellent. We were going to get other quotes but were happy to go ahead with Wickes straight away. Definitely recommend Elliot.

Showed us all the product examples we were interested in, listened to all the suggestions we were making.

We applied for support from the Wickes Community Program and very quickly received a response from the Carlisle Store Manager offering help. The items provided will be invaluable in enabling our volunteers to decorate the new building.

Can't fault the service weve had from Wickes Kitchens Carlisle, it has been faultless from start to finish.
We previously had a terrible experience from the Dumfries branch, but I can honestly say that the service from the Carlisle branch has been second to none.
We only had supply only so cant coment on fit.

Thank you so much to the Wickes community fund for supporting our Community Nature Reserve with supplies to make a wildlife pond. It made a huge difference to us and hopefully to the community and nature for years to come.

We had our new kitchen designed by Wickes Carlisle. There was a large k of communication between them, the fitters and us as customers. The fitters arrived on the arranged date to begin work, they then promptly left again saying they could not begin work until our old kitchen was emptied, which we then duly spent the evening doing, only to be informed the following day that the fitters would not be returning that week as they were now ill, and could not return to finish our kitchen until February (3 month's time). The solution we were offered by wickes was that they could come and collect the not yet unpacked new kitchen, we put everything in the house back to where it had been, and wait until February to try again. Instead, we found some other fitters who could build the new kitchen with the old kitchen still in situ.
Also, we found when building the new kitchen that Elliot had designed our new kitchen without taking into consideration the height of our fridge that was due to be moved into the new kitchen, so now we have to buy a new fridge. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Will never use wickes again and will be advising friends and family to steer clear also.

We applied for some support via the Wickes community programme. The process was simple and quick, and soon received confirmation our application was successful. Within a matter of days we had corresponded with the Carlisle Wickes team and picked up our donation of wood supplies for our school project.
The students were overjoyed, staff super helpful and friendly - seamless!
We can't wait to bring our project to life now in our new student hub! Thank you again.

Wickes Carlisle are using G24 parking for there car park. I got a parking charge two weeks ago in the post. So what you say. The charge alleges my car was in the car at 3 in the morning for over an hour 6 weeks before the parking notice was issued. The problem is the car was parked on my driveway and everybody who lives in the house was in Spain on holiday. Filled all this in on the appeals form including pictures of the passport stamps and log data from the car showing it hadn't moved for two weeks. These notices are supposed to be issued with 14 days. The appeals process says I haven't told them who was driving so might reject it. Why are Wickes employing a company that cannot set the clock on their CCTV.

Fantastic service, Carol and Neil helped us plan and order our kitchen they were both very knowledgeable and gave us some brilliant advice. 5* service.

The manager of wicks Carlisle is a God send he was the only person who could sort out in one phone call what customer service in south Africa couldn't do after 8 days of stress and failed promises. Give the man a good Xmas bonus.
