Just met faz sales assitant at the cannock store she was so helpful and friendly.her knolage realy came through wilst ordering our new kitchen a credit to your company

Had a great visit to Cannock Wickes yesterday.
Needed advice about ready mixed mortar and assistance lifting heavy items.
Russell was fantastic! Knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. We got everything we needed and he loaded the items into our car.
Couldn't have asked for better customer service.

We came in for a fitted kitchen and can't recommend Faz enough ! She is absolutely fantastic ! Super friendly, nothing is too much trouble and is an expert in her field highly recommend!

Not a problem with the store, used it several times, but trying to purchase something for “click and collect” was a bit of a nightmare !

I’d already chosen click & collect, but it added the product to my basket with a delivery charge !

Sorted after a phone call to their helpdesk, but navigation on the app was not clear and you’ve got to be ultra careful….

Went in to the Cannock store today hoping to find a suitably sized step ladder. I was approached by Russell who asked if I needed any help. I wasn’t sure if the longer one I really needed would fit in my car as the headrests couldn’t be removed and I had two babysits in the back. Russell assured me if they didn’t fit he would refund my purchase. He then
came with me to my car and helped me to tweak the seats and fit the ladder in. Excellent customer service we rarely see nowadays. Thank you Russell!

I ordered a bathroom from Wickes Cannock the designer Niamh was excellent really helpful the problems came after Wickes sent a trainee fitter had no idea how to fit a bathroom completely destroyed our bathroom all wall panels destroyed shower and cubicle fitted wrong sing and toilet unit fitted wrong so bad that Wickes are having to replace everything but things get worse the installation manager came to my property twice while the bathroom was being wrecked he never spotted the panels were cut short and pieces missing never noticed the shower cubicle fitted incorrectly never spotted the sink and toilet unit incorrectly fitted he was probably in my bathroom for about 1 minute laughing and joking with fitter then 10 minutes outside in the sunshine laughing and joking but never once spotted any mistakes then told it all needs replacing is attitude changed very aggressive I mistakenly payed the installer to much money asked for help getting it back was told by him your fault for sending it to him ask if he could help getting invoices told nothing to do with him he had to fill in a report about my bathroom and lied about that said the flooring was fitted before the panels went on the wall that’s why the panels were short I never asked for flooring it wasn’t on job sheet so the only reason 10mm plywood was put down very badly was to try and hide the fitters mistake the insulation manager new there should not have been flooring put down and he new the reason why it was put down but still lied the fitter has said he will refund my money only if insulation manager agrees don’t know what that’s about Wicks’s have offered to replace all my wall panels shower cubicle repair my walls I will only agree to this if there’s a different insulation manager the manager at the Cannock branch has been helpful but the insulation manager and fitter have been disgusting what should have been a happy time having your bathroom done has been a complete nightmare Wicks’s Cannock is a good store just the insulation manager and fitters really bad if you are looking for a bathroom I would go somewhere else I would not wish this nightmare on anyone else if you want to help can ask the store manager to phone or email please

From the moment I approached him for help, Russell went above and beyond to assist me. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely took the time to understand exactly what I needed. Amazing service from Russell at Cannock store
I called into wickes to measure the box containing a shed to check it would fit in the car. It would fit in and asked a member of staff it it was possible to put it in the car for me. Without hesitation he said yes of course. Got a trolley and put it in the car.
Such a pleasant and helpful man so thank you Russell for making my purchase so easy.

Came along to the Cannock branch and needed help with paint & panelling I was helped by Russell who was very knowledgeable and friendly. I decided on my panelling and paint and left very happy with the advice and knowledge on completing the job.

The initial contact with the Kitchen design consultant, and indeed the whole design process was very good. We changed our mind with certain aspects several times, as we went through the process, and the final item when 'Finally installed' was great. Special mention and big thanks to Faz.
However the actual fitting of the kitchen by the Wickes installer, dragged on from the planned 1 week... to 5+.

We recently had our kitchen designed through Wickes and we couldn't be happier with the experience, thanks to Faz. From our very first meeting, she made us feel completely at ease. Faz was fantastic at presenting all the different options and choices available, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each and why certain selections might work better for our space. She was incredibly quick and helpful in addressing some unique challenges we had, always finding solutions.
We're thrilled with our new kitchen design and highly recommend Faz!

We had a fantastic experience working with Faz as the designer for our new kitchen. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, kind and welcoming, making both me and my family feel completely at ease.

Faz took the time to listen to what we wanted and was genuinely helpful throughout the whole design process. She was friendly, patient and professional, and you could tell that she really cared about making sure we were happy with the final design.

A lady called Julie has helped me twice now find paint i was struggling to find. She is really helpful and seems to know the colours off the too of her head. She went the extra mile for us and is an asset to Wickes. Thank you.

We got into store and we were asked what we are interested in. Told the young lady and she fetched Rich for us. We were then shown what we could have and for what price, after a few minutes my wife made her decision. Rich then helped us to load trolley paid for goods and even helped me load the car. I went to show him my gratitude and all he wanted was this review. What an absolute gent from start to finish.
