Ellen was extremely helpful when I had to order a Lincoln 6P Grain Moulded Door to match and replace a 30 yrs old door which had reached the end of it's life.
Even better the door was delivered next morning at a cost of only £4.00.

We went into the bury st Edmund’s branch to purchase bathroom tiles,grout, adhesive, the sales staff from the cashier, the manager Hannah, to the member of staff who helped to put everything in the car, the whole experience was a pleasure.

We wanted some topsoil and due to them being on offer there was none in the large crate outside the front of the store. We went in to ask if there was anymore stock in store. Immediately we was approached to see if we needed any help. The store assistant checked and there was three more, however the bags were damaged. Robbie was really helpful, rebagged them and reduced them, which was so kind and helpful because we really needed them that day. Excellent member of staff went that extra mile to be really kind and helpful in making us, your customers, leave your store in Bury St Edmunds happy after receiving great service.

Went into the store on Friday with my nan to get some stones for her garden reno. Brad was really helpful finding the ones she wanted and taking them to the till for her and even to the car. 10/10 would recommend this store and the staff.

Robbie was friendly and happy to give advice and lend a hand with loading the MDF sheets onto the trolley and then helped putting them into the van. He even took the trolley back for us.

Just been helped by the lovely Evan in Bury St Edmunds, who helped me paint match. He gave great customer service, polite and super helpful in understanding my paint preference and colour

Awful experience! Late delivery - caused issues with booked carpenters. Had to collect in person in the end. We will NEVER use Wickes again.

This was my first time visiting wickes in bury, I had a few issues finding some stuff I needed but an employee called Evan really helped out, his customer service was amazing and polite, I felt welcomed in the store, I will be returning :)

I have been to the new store in Bury St Edmunds on several occasions and without exception all the staff have been professional and helpful.I recently had to make several changes to an order and delivery to my address. I just want to make a special mention to the members of staff involved in this process. Aaron,Hollie and Amelia were incredibly helpful and spent a considerable amount of time ensuring that the changes were made and the new delivery of items was organised. They went above and beyond expectations and I think Wickes are very lucky to have them working for their company.

Hollie a member of staff at the Bury St Edmunds branch was so helpful, pointing me in the right direction & talking me through the paint options for the quantity of paint I required, helping me to make the most cost effective choice, which means I will be back. Steve in the kitchen department has also been consistently helpful over the last few weeks & has again helped me make the best choice & allaying my fears for purchasing the most suitable items for my integrated fridge freezer unit. Can't fault my experiences at this new store. Well done to the team.

Tom Stephenson from the Bury st Edmunds store was fantastic. From the initial visit and then follow up store appointment Tom was warm, approachable and very knowledgeable about the products. Was never too pushy, great with advice and if asked his opinion happy to share. There was no railroading or sales speak but rather a customer emphasis to ensure it was right for us. Nothing was too much trouble and highly professional. Our experience was first rate...thanks Tom

The new Wickes store in bury st Edmund’s is fantastic! What lovely staff! Served by Amelia who was very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic - even when we turned up close to closing time with a whole list of things we needed! Very courteous and understanding. Fabulous service.
The store is also very nice, laid out well and easy to find everything needed with plenty of staff on hand to help.

Unfortunately my husband had a stroke in June which has affected his eye sight- we were half way through gravelling our front garden so I had to complete the work myself - I needed 6 more bags of 10ml gravel so I ask a very very nice young man called Ollie if he could get me 6 bags and then load the car (i have osteoarthritis so find it had to pick things up) - he was so helpful and pleasant and did all this with a smile- thank you Ollie your a star 🌟

Decent paint selection and has a paint mixing machine which was very handy. The store was very clean and well laid out. Ewan helped me find what I needed. Thank you!
