George Dickson helped us design a kitchen and has been an absolute pleasure! At every stage he has been clear and accommodating, explaining everything and handling questions. Could not have asked for better service - wish we had come to Wickes sooner!

Had just been to another shop who weren't interested at all. Came to Wickes was trying to find a solution to my toilet seat bolt, spoke to Theo who understood what I was trying to do straight away. Wickes didn't sell what I was after but he showed me what I was looking for and directed me to a couple of places to get it. Was very helpful in finding my solution!

Can't thank the team at wickes enough, we went to a few shops before Wickes and felt pushed and pressured and found the prices so expensive. We booked into Wickes for a consultation, Michelle our design was fantastic, we gave her our budget and she was honest with us the whole time what she thought it would cost. We were very impressed with how we could build our dream kitchen with a smaller budget.
We also managed to get our kitchen fitted very quickly. The fitter we had was incredible, the updates he would give us and the communication was great, we were away for most of the fitting and he communicated constantly and also sorted out a few minor problems which did arise. The kitchen is incredible, we cannot be more pleased with it.

Excellent customer service from 2 shop assistants Dan & Rob. I needed loft boards and obviously quite heavy. Was shown where they were, then they offered to get me a trolley. And helped me out to my car with the heavy good. Very impressed with overall attitude and sincere customer service I received and so polite. These were both young lads and there are not many places with great customer service from younger people. I was very impressed and would highly recommend.

Walk-in and was welcomed by Amy , had to ask for assistant in locating an item I could fined ..Theo showed me to item and spoke about alternative items that would help me with my project …

On Sunday 12.01.2025 I visited Wickes in Burgess Hill West Sussex
I was helped by one of the Store Assistants- Chris who was proficient in his knowledge, respectful and was able to sort out what I was looking for
It made such a change to receive such good service and would highly recommend this Branch

Theo and Amy have been amazing supporting our HomeCare company for the past few years. They always donate items for us so we are able to hold a raffle at our customer Christmas party and all of the customers loved their prizes :) Thank you so so much for your support

We went to Wickes, Burgess Hill to choose bathroom items on Weds 8th Jan 2025. We needed to complete a deal on 6 different items to the amount of roughly £300 but to return later to collect them as we had no means of transport until later. We also purchased a couple of loo roll holders which were in packs ready for self construction.
Chad & Ollie sorted the bill and put our items aside ready for us to collect today or tomorrow.
On reaching home I opened the flat packs and found that there were pieces missing from the kits.
On returning to Wickes today to collect our order & return the 2 items with missing bits, Chad immediately saw us & went to load a trolley with our items ready to load the car. We are very grateful for his help and attention - all the time with a smile!
Meanwhile, the lady on the till whose name we do not know, was brilliant at sorting the problem of the kits with missing pieces! She sorted a credit for us which created a 'request' for these to be restocked the end result of which should be that the store will have more in stock by next week.

I went into the store today to look at bathrooms. I spoke to Aimee, Theo and Michelle and they were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store was clean and tidy with clear product and price labels.

I would like to thank all of your staff especially the management team of Theo and Aimee. My partner and I have recently bought a property nearby and with the help of the mentioned above we were helped enormously with their knowledge of the items available which we required. They happily spent time helping us purchase the correct materials and other items available in your large stock of items on sale. We actually went to B&Q first and were left confused and unappropriated so to have the special treatment we received from your staff was absolutely amazing. I feel I needed to share this with you to ensure that your staff get the recognition they truly deserve. Many thanks David and Karen Stevens your new customers for life

I visited Wickes to look at kitchens.
The lady I spoke to, Aimee Standing, was very helpful, polite and efficient.

I recently went into Wickes in Burgess Hill for some things for my house renovation. Later on walked out with everything I need! I couldn’t have asked for more friendly or competent staff to help me. As someone who knows very little re guarding DIY I was never made to feel like I was being a pain or annoying. Would 100% recommend.
