We recently purchased our bespoke kitchen from Wickes, Longwell Green, and had the pleasure of working with Richard Bounds throughout the process. From the initial consultation to finalizing the design, Richard was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and professional.

Excellent Customer Service from Rich Bounds at the Longwell Green (Bristol) store, guiding us through the design of our new bathroom.

Great meeting with our Sales Representative today Rich Bounds to go over our Bathroom Plan and finalise everything. All booked now and ready for Installation. Good choice of Shower Cubicles, Toilets, Vanity Units and Taps. We cannot wait now to see the end results.

I couldn’t get enough flooring at one store, so I came to Longwell Green to get enough to finish my project.

Unfortunately the flooring I wanted was up in the racking. Even though the store was busy at the time, the duty manager and forklifter went out of their way to drop the pallet I needed, and even gave me a discount because the product was end-of-line.

Couldn’t be happier with my service!

The Staff at this store are so helpful and professional, clearly well trained and lead by a great leader.
You will find everything you need at a great price, no need to go to inferior stores, where prices are higher and with poor quality products.
You will only find the best people, prices and products at this store.

If I could give Rich a better score than 10 I would, great service from Rich, meeting all of my needs (there was a lot). Such patience and nothing was too much of a struggle for him.

Nathan the manager very customer friendly and customer 1st orientated. As he organised the mixer machine for it to start working after 2 different visits as the mixer machine was Dulux pair.

Hannah was superb as on Monday 3rd Feb as she tried her best to do 2 Tubs however only 1 Tub mixed.
So request for 2nd Tub to be done as she’s made she it was done before she finished.
This has now made it easier to paint my house, as it was on hold due to mixer machine availability.

Despite us only wanting to re-vamp part of a kitchen that we inherited from the previous owners, Rich Bounds still provided a great service with attention to detail to ensure we achieved the result we were looking for.

Taylor really listened to me, considered my requirements and preferences and helped me through the design and ordering process.

We have recently had a new kitchen designed and fitted by wickes. The design consultant, Richard Bounds, was brilliant, and came up with a design that made the most of the space and also included some features that made it a more unique kitchen. Our fitter, Ian Ridge, was also brilliant and clearly took a lot of care in his work with a great eye for detail and a precise finish. We are really impressed with the service received and our new kitchen and would highly recommend. Amazingly the whole process was very stress free as it was so well managed. Thank you

Shane Gibbs design consultant made me and my wife fill very comfortable with how he dealt with the design of our new kitchen. He advised us on what would work best for us and with his experience it all came together, I am vey pleased with the outcome and now I can’t wait to see the outcome of the well designed plan he made.
