All staff very helpful, crystal was a great help when i was looking for something i couldn’t find went above and beyond to help me.

The out door paint made by wickes is absolutely dreadful. 3 dry days then when it rained there were rain marks left on the walls.

Did click & collect order the other week & had to pick up some more bits while there. Was assisted by Kirsten, who was very helpful & smiley , she showed us where to find what we needed & assisted us with which particular ones we needed

First thing I need to say. Megan I saw when entering the store smile eye contact, perfect person to help me out, not a DIY person so needed help big time, what I thought I needed was just the surface Megan pointed me in the right direction gave me all the answers I needed to get my project done.

Well laid out store, clean and tidy. All staff were really friendly, particularly Laura on tills who was very helpful.

Lewis is helpful behind the till. Couldn't recommend more!!

Absolutely appalling after sales / customer service. Even though our replacement bathroom was ordered in store they cannot assist. I had decided to purchase via a store, rather on line thinking it would be an easier process which is definitely not the case ! Still waiting for a defective item to be replaced that was reported 7 months ago. Will not refund as not reported within 30 days of delivery. Not interested that fitting was delayed and the fault could only be detected by a plumber and that I had to purchase another shower tray from an alternative supplier. Emails are ignored !
Would rate as zero if this were an option.

* Its now 28th June 2025 and still await contact from Wickes !

Kerry was a ray of sunshine when i asked her for help finding the things i needed, the whole store was very welcoming.

I was looking for Sandtex paint but could not find the colour.
Jason helped me look and eventually found the last couple.He spent time to help and was determined I would go away happy. Perfect ,helpful,courteous service.

Me and my partner have just brought a house and have become frequent shoppers at Wickes. In particular we want to thank Lewis for being so amazing and helpful as first time buyers we definitely need it xD

I was sent to Wickes to buy felt for the top of my garden waste bins. I only had the measurements and little idea of where to find the product. I was helped by a young man, who found the correct nails and felt and afterwards another young man carried the heavy felt to my car and placed it in the boot. Excellent customer service for a woman in her 70's. Thank you, Vicki
