Manager Paul at the Bradford Ingleby road store went above and beyond to help us. He was very friendly and efficient.

Asma at the Bradford Wickes provided truly exceptional customer service. She was incredibly attentive and went the extra mile by patiently walking me through the company app, ensuring I was all set up to save money on my project. Her friendly, helpful approach made my visit seamless and much more productive.

I was served by Lisa and Asma at the Bradford branch on Ingleby Road and I honestly cannot thank them enough for the fantastic customer service they provided.

I had a very large order of over £700, all in the trolley, which had to be scanned individually so that everything could be arranged for delivery which isn’t the norm as it’s usually click and collect. It wasn’t the easiest process, especially with other customers waiting, but Lisa and Asma worked together brilliantly as a team to get everything processed as efficiently as possible.

What really stood out was how reassuring, friendly and professional they both were throughout and never made me feel that my large order was a problem or an inconvenience.

Lisa and Asma are a real credit to Wickes. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into helping me, and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Thank you both I shall be back again :)

The staff at the Ingleby rd branch in Bradford are really helpful, they give advice and help find items in store quickly when I’ve been in a hurry. Big thanks to Asma who suggested the WickesPro trade membership and patiently helped with the application too!

had a very disappointing experience with my order from Wickes. There were several issues, and initially I felt that my dissatisfaction wasn't being acknowledged, which was frustrating.

However, I want to recognise Paul, the store manager, who completely turned my experience around. He listened carefully to my complaint, took my concerns seriously, and resolved the issues professionally. He genuinely went out of her way to help and made me feel valued as a customer.

I'd also like to thank his colleagues, Lucaas and Asma, who were both helpful and supportive throughout. Unfortunately, not all staff showed the same level of care, as some dismissed my concerns. Thanks to Paul, Lucaas, and Asma, my confidence in the store was restored.

I needed ten bags of cold lay tarmac earlier today. Wickes had it in stock but I was unable to load it on the trolley. One of their staff, Mo Ghulam helped me load it and suggested a better way of using the trolley (pull it rather than pushing it). Very much appeciated his help, great service thank you.
