Designing the bathroom with Sarah Baxter was great.
Slight delay to start, but other than that work was done promptly even with changing the shower pump after the fact. Simon and the team at Jack of all Trades were really nice throughout.

Mark was very helpful in organising my delivery when my fence panels wouldn’t fit in my ban

Just a note to say thank you for the kitchen designer staff. We have had loyalty of issues since the initial design of the kitchen. This is due to the inconsistencies of an older house, so lots of changes had to be made on the fly, and not the Wickes team at Basingstoke. I would like to thank Sarah Baxter, for helping to sort most of the issues. I would give 5 stars, but the Wickes central customer services are difficult to contact, and it took up to an hour on hold each time I contacted them.

Wickes at Basngstoke provided a great service from our first meeting with the designer Sarah. I have the smallest en-suit but she worked wonders. Sarah was so patient and accommodating and really listened and understood what I required.
Darren, the surveyor and fitter turned the tiny en-suit into an oasis, my dream bathroom. Darren has an eye for small details and the finishing touches. He is professional and has a really high standard of workmanship.
Both Sarah and Darren are friendly and easy to talk to. Nothing was too much trouble for them, I could not have hoped to have better people to work with.

Villal provided amazing service and helped us with finding the perfect laminate flooring and gave us the best advice! Thank you for your help!

Well done Nat for helping me find the right LED product when all I had was old fluorescent lights

I have just watched a cashier at Wickes, who with a long queue at the checkout, took lots of time and display care, compassion and patience with an elderly gentleman, who was struggling to understand his bill. Here name was Maria G. Well done

We bought wickes madison lifestyle kitchen in marine blue.Looked amazing in the store and we were given 15 years of warranty.Kitchen is not fully installed and already has dents on a side and the paint is chipping off.Looks like not the same kitchen.So cheap not worth a penny.Please do not buy lifestyle kitchens from Wickes!!!!

I use Wickes regularly as a tradesman. The plastering materials are always in stock and prices are competitive with local builders merchants. The staff in particular are brilliant at this branch. Very friendly and chatty.

Great service by Mark G in Basingstoke really helped my building project

I really needed help to find the correct paint roller cover
The problem was my cover was too small and wouldn,t fit the roller.
Mark. G.at Basingstoke Wickes was really knowledgeable and explained, that according to the make of roller ,different sizes fit.He couldn,t have been any nicer.He took time to show me how to fit it to the roller

Visited Basingstoke store 4 weeks ago and didn't know where to find what I needed. Mark G couldn't have been more helpful. He helped me find what I needed and suggested an alternative when one item was not available, which proved to be a perfect solution. Very impressed with his customer service & friendliness. In fact I've been back to the store for more items since, it's now my "go-to" shop for anything DIY!
